Gary my 02 745i 4.4 6hp26 does run ok but 4,5 does hard bump at shift and no 6 gear code p0735 I found lowww oil and tube seals flat hardened like rock, and when fail safe mode appears it will go into Park but e shift didn’t show P it will stay at N flashing
Hello, I have a BMW 550i 2008 e60. The car could not be driven, I connected a scanner to it and it gave me a code that one of my transmission solenoids was damaged. I removed the mechatronic unit, tested my solenoids, found that one was actually damaged, replaced them all anyway, replaced the signal bridge that goes on top of the valve body, replaced the 4 sleeves, and the transmission connection sleeve. I install everything in the back, the car drives but it doesn't go to park. I tried the old Park solenoid (green solenoid) and it worked. I decided to install that old solenoid thinking that the new one was defective and I still have the same problem. I connected a matco maxlitea scanner to it and I have a 507D EGS error: Parking Gear Incorrectly Disengaged. What do you recommend I do? The transmission has enough fluid, it is freshly changed fluid

Seems exactly what I am experiencing with my E61 525i -07. It came during this last winter when I let it stand while driving another car during the winter. I started the BMW every other weekend and after a few months I noticed that it kind of slipped on the reverse gear and then let go to "P". For now, I can only get into "D" if I am fast after starting the car. I also started noticing leakage under the gearbox. It was dry underneath when I put it to winter rest. Maybe I have lost too much automatic fluid so it can't activate the gears....

Hello Francisco, I have a problem with my BMW E60 520i 2004. Surprisingly even at idle when I switch it on, it will run, and then after about 10min, generate a transmission fault, without even moving. Sometimes when I switch it off, and switch it one, I get the error "Park P not engaged", with a symbol of a car with two arrows above pointing in opposite directions; and it refuses to start until after some time, possibly it resets itself. Sometimes, I would be driving, and then after sometime, it generates that transmission fault problem; When I put into park, and then drive, it drives in safe mode until I get to my destination, sometimes I dont even get to my destination, it goes into neutral until after some times when it resets. Can you help what could be the problem with this type of behaviour? Thanks

Hi there, i have 07 750li with zf6hp26 trans,my vehicle start going into park from drive after vehicle worm up,will not do it when it's cold, error code iam getting is 4E89 SV 1 or SV 2 mechanically jammed.Have you seen a code error like this. I replaced all mechatronic sleeves and all solenoids, followed fill procedure engine off ,engine running at 40c .Reset adaptation,still having the same problem.I recently replaced the valvebody with used one but i used my old TCM module installed on it. because I couldn't flash the one that came with the used valvebody ,still have same problem same error code. could you please help me with this problem what it could be.thanks.
I have an automatic car is doing funny things 118i bmw F20 5 door First when selected Drive or Reverse it would just jump back on its own into Park. Now its not doing that anymore. Now when i select reverse it goes into reverse and as soon as i get close to something it was sound an alarm, but when i select Drive it goes into drive and goes forward . the alarm disappears but the reversing information is still on the dash screen even when i put in Neutral. Hope i can get some help from you or someone on this chat

Question: 2007 750 Alpina 120 K. No codes, no noises, no shifting, if put in D feel the kick and then no go, no reverse neither. Please advise.

I changed the valvebody because I had a bad turbine sensor and shift solenoids but it still runs poorly. Would I have to replace or reprogram the tcm.
