    Yessss 👏🏼 can we get some more recovery type videos please? Like foam rolling or stretch videos for upper body day and lower body days? Always struggling to find guidance on stretches after your gym workout guides 😩

    Hey Sophie! Thank you, thank you so much for the 10 Minute Morning Flow Full Body Stretch. I loved every minute of it. I really needed it. I felt so relaxed and calm while I was stretching. The music was great too. That might help too. Sophie you are doing a wonderful job on here. Keep up the great work you are doing on your TH-cam videos.     Hey Sophie
    We have been doing your amazing videos for a while now and enjoying them a lot.
    For the last two days, my girlfriend and I tried out your stretches and were quite disappointed.
    I am a yoga teacher and when I see somebody demonstrating stretches in a fashion that can seriously hurt other people, I think it is just fair to mention that and ask you to please take that video down.
    You are a role model for so many people, and this stretch has been done almost 50k times.
    Please stand up to your responsibility as a public figure and stick to what you are good at.
    Sorry for these harsh words, but I think this is really important to get out.

    Don't do this workout! It's DANGEROUS for your lower back! Stretching exercises should be slow and gradual!
