  • a perfect routine for every day ♥︎ Want to calm down after a workout? Start your day with some easy movements? Or relax along piano music before you go to bed? This one is for youuuuu ♥︎ / Werbung
    We stretch our entire body - from head to toe! 8min = 16 exercises. We got lots of possibilities in that short period of time :)
    - neck, chest & shoulders
    - back & spine
    - the side of your body, from armpit to hips
    - wrists / hands
    - legs: hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors & butt
    - feet
    Those exercises focus more on „active“ movements, that go e.g. back & forth, include arm movements etc. :) No sitting, waiting and suffering through the pain today.
    Why stretch?
    - to make the best out of your training. If your muscles are super stiff, you can’t have perfect form in exercises like Leg Lifts or Deadlifts.
    - to ease and prevent sore muscles
    - to prevent pain. I remember I got joint pain in my knees when I slacked with stretching!

    I've been doing Pamela's workouts since December and I've gotten so much stronger and a Sixpack is in sight! Its hard but fun at the same time and its soo worth it! Thank you for increasing my confidence and happiness pamela!!!

      @@solab3075 Hi! I started off with doing the main 10 min ab one every day after my other workouts. Then I increased to doing the ab workout and Sixpack workout everyday at the beginning of my workouts. I did that for about 2 months and ate as healthy as I could. Then I increased the difficulty of my ab workouts ( killer 6 pack, R.I.P. abs) and did those. ( I also included ab workout with hiit/fatburn that really helps burn the fat so you can start seeing your abs) Currently I am doing the muffin top workout and killer 6 pack every day.
      I hope this made sense and was at least a bit helpful! Remember don't give up you got this!!!

    First I read "How to toe stretch" and I was like "OK Pam is in another universe, always coming up with new ideas for videos!" Lol then I realized it was a full body stretch, but hey, I'm not disappointed! Loving this and everything else you do! Pam for president💗

    oh i liked this one! ❤️ my favorite moves were the wrist stretch, the hip flexors with the arm movements and the toe massage at the end. 😌 Thank you for putting focus on stretches we literally have never done before! Sending love.

    I just gotta say I love love love your workouts so much!! the music, the aesthetic, honestly just the whole thing. so motivating! I do your workouts on a daily basis, I warm up with you, stretch with you as a cool down and I also do your yoga and pilates videos regularly! I love everything!! next thing for me is starting to use weights as I now have 3 kg (per side) dumbbells.

    Thank you for this stretch! I especially loved the focus on the wrists, I haven't seen anyone do that before and I'm a violinist so my wrists tend to hurt sometimes. Another great video, thank you!

    This was beautiful, I’ve been doing your workouts for a few months now and I feel so much stonger, happier and confident in my body.     This just reminded me that I first found you thanks to your 30 min stretching routine, how long has it been now? I watched loads of stretching and yoga videos out there in that period but nobody's has ever been calming and effective like yours! Plus, now I've got muscles (!!!) that I didn't even know that existed before, and I love myself and my body for the first time in my life!! Still can't do splits though 🤣
