I'll admit I was disappointed when day 15 came and you said to go back and repeat the first 15 but having been doing those first classes again, I recant my disappointment. It's like doing a completely different class when you do it the second time. I am amazed at how little I remember of the classes even though it was just a couple weeks ago! I really like the idea you've stressed in some classes of keeping the energy channels open. It's a good reminder to relax in the pose, not to block up. One teacher described it as finding the shivasana in every pose. So while I miss the sense of being in this together from the daily emails, I am really enjoying this series. Thank you TIm (and Ollie of course for his steadfast company)

I did a HIIT class yesterday and day 5 of your class. Today I walked 5 miles with friends, finishing with day 6 when I returned home. It was perfect. Ollie also brings me so much peace. He certainly is an example of living in the moment. Thank you for bringing your sidekick to class. Namaste.

Since you've explained the muscle groups on the lower back so well, me and my pelvis have become best friends and I literally feel so grounded every time I lie on my back.
As a runner who wakes up stiff too often, this is a great start to the day to open myself up b4 my day or b4 another more flowing yoga practice! Have had this saved in my my playlist for awhile now👍🏾

That side stretch in the lunge was intense for me. I loved this and you and Leslie fightmaster have been my favorite instructors so far. I wish she were still alive to train. Toward the end of this in the shoulder stretch I added a yoga block massage in that position, and it felt so good.
Loved today's class. So much opening in the hips! I have one suggestion - which is to add on an outro or something to the ends of these videos (maybe even 10 seconds with music). This will allow us time to pause so we can stay in Savasana, and remove potential interrupters like end-of-video ads or the next video in the playlist automatically beginning. Thank you for being such a great teacher and guide!

Very relaxing. I generally don't like yin yoga but your class made me realize that if I like the poses (ie they are easy) then it is nice to hold them for more time.

Tim this is seriously one of your best videos I have seen/used. The stretches were so helpful to an area I couldn’t get loosen. That soas (not sure if I spelled that right) muscle was also super tight on me. Are there other exercises to help loosen that? Until then.. this video is going into favorites! Decided to go ahead and complete this second routine of the day to quickly catch up with everyone else! I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, tho this yin yoga is something I'm still new at. The way the simple poses become difficult as we dwell in them, and then magically we sink in deeper and become even more comfortable in them, it's all such a healing experience ❤️🌟❤️

These hip openers really help my bionic hip( 12 year hip replacement) it’s always been stiff but since I started your classes I have noticed such an improvement of movement, great stretch class,thanks Tim spot on as usual!💕
