Hi Tim-I really enjoyed this one. Twisty cactus pose on the mat felt AWESOME! Ahhhhh. The instruction for sending the sit bones down, when stretching forward over extended legs, created a feeling of space and length in my spine. And, relieved the tension that I usually feel in my mid-lower back. Thanks for another awesome class!
20 mins of yoga is just the right amount of time for practice. Also, Yin yoga was great. I woke this morning feeling stiff, almost dissuaded myself from practice but reminded myself it’s a 30 day challenge. Did it and trust me, my body feels better for it

Thanks for today's video again. I had a very stressful and depressing workday and that gentle practice was really what I needed to not spend the evening filled with negative energy. Stretching carefully allowed me to open some stiff parts of my body and let the energy flow again. I feel way better. See you tomorrow for the end of a second great week of daily practice.
