Tim, this is a great class. I spoke about the beauty of you giving slow instruction and how it has helped me correct some mistakes that I made during my practice (rushing) and deepen my practice. I have done yoga since I was 18. I am 36 now. I have done modern dance, ballet, been a gym goer and had a brief stint in the Army. I have done so many different types of exercise and training that it is mind blowing. I have to say that this beginners class is something that I am sure even advanced practitioners would enjoy. Great job!
Thank you Tim, I enjoyed the class so much. I had a torn ligament of my pinky toe a few months ago, and have been struggling in standing strait and normal. This class help me find the confidence of putting back my toe on the ground. Thank you as always.

thanks for this beginner course. I have been following you for a couple years, but a month ago was in an accident (hit by car while biking). My injuries were not serious, but enough to keep me off the mat. Just made the decision to get back to it and found this video at just the right time. My balance is off and my flexibility has suffered, but I think with repetition, this will help. (Frustrating today, but good to be making progress.) Thanks for all you do!

I know yoga is good for me but every time I try to find a way to learn it, the instructor seems to be speaking gibberish and taks about energy moving through you and weird nonsense like that. I could understand everything and it was actually beginner-friendly for somebody who has never worked out or anything like that before.
