I am turning 50 in 2 weeks, so i started following tou sbd doing your routines, like 3 months ago, i started with a 20 minute workout, i couldnt walk foe like 4 days after that, but I've been working out 3 times a week, and doing stretches daily, so now i do anything you have thats 30 minutes and i feel better than ever. So thank you
Well done, ye it gets a lot easier with a higher training frequency. 3-4x a week seems to be a great amount for most people. You could always two shorter ones paired together. Keep it up 💪🏼

i didn't expect to finish the whole video on the first time but i'm so proud i did! ofc i struggled a lot and used the easy variations most of the time but still this was quite enjoyable and good to follow along. i need advice though on elbows flaring out in pushups i just feel like i cant move down unless i move out my elbows , any tips ?
Great job! If you have something you can lean against to make the angle more upright (bench, bar on rack, worktop, sofa arm) you can use the full push up position with tucked elbow but it will be easier.
From QC/Canada, thx a lot again for the nice videos. Even though it hurts, I enjoy these video and exercise. I like to go on a 1h walk after doing these it help relax and put in more steps toward the 10k of the day.

I'm 42 and gained a belly. This is not normal for me, and got it during COVID Lockdowns. Doing the work outs 5 times a week and walking.
