Am starting my second time round. I love that I can see the improvement and how each exercise is more fulfilling as my muscle memory is kicking in so I am not having to learn the moves again.
After trying several online workout coaches, my son (who is 27) and myself (60!) came across your workouts and instantly knew your style of coaching was right for us. Love your no nonsense approach, clear demonstration of the exercises and no time wasting before, during and after the workouts. Excellent instruction! We're in South Wales, UK and have been doing your TH-cam workouts for several months and just finished day 1 of your Calisthenics series. Thank you and keep up the good work :)
From the philippines! Recovering from a back injury that set me back from weightlifting and made me decide to approach my fitness and strength with a more balanced approach. Been doing your workouts for a week now and im so glad to have something comprehensive, foundational yet easy to stay consistent with. Excited to finish day 1 today. Thanks for the great work
I love your calm instructions and the way you explain the exercises without overdoing it, just letting us focus on the moves, with form cues here and there. I'm going to start this tomorrow! Love from Portugal ❤
Love this. Have been doing yoga and weightlifting for years. Finally jumping into calisthenics and appreciate this intro. Perfect level of challenge. Look forward to completing the 30 day cycle. Thank you
Im on my weight train now when I open up this, yeah I think I shud try it. It's really made me sweat! Thank u for the video. And I'm interested in calisthenics as well😊
i was afraid of the training at first. I have never done calisthenics but i was able to do all the exercises and feel great and happy my body was able to do them. Really happy about that!!
It's finally here! So excited for these series. Very challenging despite not using additional weights. Also thank you for the program guide! I wonder whether there is a reason for having only 4 exercise days compared to 5 days in Lift Series? Curious whether the body needs more time to recover from calisthenics exercises. Thanks Tom!
Thanks, as there is no equipment there is a lot of push movements & I’ve tried to balance the program as best as possible with upper back posture exercises but 5 days a week with no equipment would just end up repeating the same exercises too much. Add in a quick bicep dumbbell workout if you fancy a little extra 👍🏼💪🏼
Day one completed✌🏻 looking to build strength on my upper body, I can’t even do a push up🤣 so this is perfect with the beginner modifications 🫡 love the vids keep up with the good work!!

Loved it Tom, finally a series on something different than weight lifting (which I love too). Question: which muscles are being targeted by the seated leg lifts? is it lower abs or the quads (or both)? I feel it in the quads
I am gonna try to follow you, i work in construction finishing concrete, last 2 weeks yesterday abd today i have been feeling so weak and it has been hard working out after work, but i am gonna try it

Mainly hip flexors and a bit of abs. One of your quads is a hip flexor (e.g contributes to hip flexion) so you will feel that working also.
This is amazing. I’m from Trinidad.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it 💪🏼
i followed you.. since i 1st begun my calisthenics workout.. I`m from Philippines ^_^

Hi Tom,
Im looking for a programme, do you have a 30/60 day programme from beginner to follow?
This series has beginner pop up variations? How did you get on with Day 1?
@ really enjoyed it thanks. Used the variations which was super helpful. I had a little more left in me at the end so did some assisted dips & pullups to finish. Anything else worth doing if I still have some energy?
