I've been lifting for quite some time now. decided it's time to handle my own body weight before crazy weight is probably better than just lifting. and boy did this give me a sweat. i never felt so weak
Romans 8:38-39 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow-not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below-indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
This morning I was thinking about working out my upper body and, sure enough, this video came up! I really enjoyed it, Tom! The scapula and forearm push up was really tough, though! What happened to the old studio, the Synergy studio? I hope all is good with you! Sending good vibes from Ireland!
Still got the Synergy studio but it’s very busy in the day so was struggling to find regular filming slots. The home studio allows for more regular film/post schedule. Keep it up 💪🏼🇮🇪
Since i am doing pole sport, Im really interested in calisthenics workouts since I need to build my strength to the max so I can perform these acrobatic tricks!! 😁 Thank you, will definitely be implementing all of these in my daily workout route ! ❤️ From Chicago, Illinois 🙌
