    Thanks. I've been feeling really lost without my gym. I haven't been in over four months. Going from 20 hours a week to zero was such a fast decline and I have been feeling terrible since. I was in such denial. Thanks for putting a bit more life back into me. This has felt sustainable, and reminds me of the first day I met my first training buddy. See your video again tomorrow 👍

    Hey from Maine. Just finished this and subscribed. See you this winter to get ripped. Dad with two girls under four years old. Staying strong is not important but the only option. Showing them embracing hard things is essential in life. Just signed the whole family up at the fitness center down the street. Winter is coming. Have to stay active despite the weather.

    Doing these from my boat in Mexico. The rolling waves give me an extra balance challenge😂. Two days of working out I haven’t fallen over yet but I was close on the split squats. Off to jump in water for cool down!

    Have done this workout in Spain, Marbella. Have done it as an alternative to a pull up calesthenics workout. Really good to do some basic/advanced movements under full control. Well explained

    I've been a committed weight lifter for just over a year and a half now and have wanted to get into Calisthetics. I would consider myself to be in pretty good shape, but man, was this challenging, and i can't wait to get better and branch out more into the world of fitness

      yep, still challenging! at least my pistol squat are getting lower but progression is very slow

    This workout really got me sweating.... Jeeezzz
    Been out of CrossFit training for a couple of weeks and this might be a very good exercise combo to start up again. Definitely making it my goal to do this 30 min exercise daily.

    I get knee pain from those pistol squats, so I replaced them by lunge squats. The rest was a really good workout! Thanks for sharing it!
    Do you also have harder workouts in the same style?

    Great to have follow-along cali workouts finally! All these AI built-up workouts ain't cool. Now thinking of the membership for classes with pull up bars :)

      Thanks, ye not many Calisthenics follow alongs available. Where are you seeing AI workouts? On the fitness apps? I’ve tested chat GPT to see how good its programs are & it doesn’t really understand nuance. Probably better than most trainers in their first year but was worse that almost experienced trainers programming.

    Love from india. Following from 2 months
    I have 3 questions -
    1) my balance( i wobble )is not good during pistol squats and Bulgarian split squats .
    2) i feel i use my dominant arm more during push up and pike. How to correct?
    3) pushup is stuck around 30 for around 2 weeks . How to increase?
