Thanks. I've been feeling really lost without my gym. I haven't been in over four months. Going from 20 hours a week to zero was such a fast decline and I have been feeling terrible since. Doing these from my boat in Mexico. The rolling waves give me an extra balance challenge😂. Two days of working out I haven’t fallen over yet but I was close on the split squats. Off to jump in water for cool down!

Have done this workout in Spain, Marbella. Have done it as an alternative to a pull up calesthenics workout. Really good to do some basic/advanced movements under full control. Well explained

I've been a committed weight lifter for just over a year and a half now and have wanted to get into Calisthetics. I would consider myself to be in pretty good shape, but man, was this challenging, and i can't wait to get better and branch out more into the world of fitness

Thanks, ye not many Calisthenics follow alongs available. Where are you seeing AI workouts? On the fitness apps? I’ve tested chat GPT to see how good its programs are & it doesn’t really understand nuance. Probably better than most trainers in their first year but was worse that almost experienced trainers programming.
