    Ingredients:
    *1 Banana.
    *1/2 Cucumber.
    *1/3 Avacado.
    *Handful of Spinach.
    *2 tablespoons of Oats.
    *2 teaspoons of chia seeds with 6 teaspoons of water.
    *1 tablespoon of almond butter.

    Ingredients:
    -sliced medium banana(or 1 cup mango)
    -1/2 to 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
    -1/3 avocado( or 2/3 cup plain yogurt)
    -handful washed baby spinach
    -2 tablespoon whole rolled oats
    -2 teaspoons of chai seeds, soaked in 6 teaspoons for a few minutes
    -1 tablespoon almond butter
    -1 teaspoons coconut oil
    - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon spirulina or chlorella powder( optional)
    -1/2 to 1 cup water or coconut water
    BLEND, ADD ICE, BLEND AGAIN

    Liezyl - I started a few months ago doing zero belly fat smoothies. I started to lose weight , but your detox smoothie really helped with the weight loss. I've also tried your other smoothies which are excellent. This detox smoothie is my all time favorite. I use the four main ingredients plus the chia seeds and almond butter. I don't always put everything in that is listed, but I can tell you that this smoothie is so delicious and it keeps me satisfied - and not hungry longer than any other smoothie does. When I want to take off a couple of pounds, I do this smoothie, either two a day with a sensible meal, or one every day for a while. . I appreciate all your videos. I tire of the protein powder that is in the shakes I had been making, and prefer the natural ingredients you use to add the extra protein. I love your tip about soaking the chia seeds in water to make them more digestible. Thanks for taking the time to make all these videos. I've tried other detox smoothies (which are very good), on you tube, but this one remains my favorite. I also love your three ingredient cookies, and your overnight oatmeal. You're inspiring lots of people! I'm one, so THANKS!!!

    I made it with soy milk and soy yoghurt and skipped the almond butter and coconut oil, tastes amazing! I always make my smoothies overnight because I have to get up really early, works great

    So yummy! Adding a packet of Truvia was the game changer for me! I made mine with banana, cucumber, non-fat yogurt, baby spinach, rolled oats, almond butter, and flaxseed.

    I made this and it was great! I added spinach, cucumber, avocado, banana, a little splash of lime, peanut butter, oat, and a cup of coconut water and it was so thick and good, btw I recumbent adding 2 cubes of ice when you have poured it in the cup it makes it feel so fresh!

    Tried your smoothie..did not have spirulina, almond butter and coconut oil. Used grapeseed oil, moringa and peanut butter instead. Added some flaxseed, ginger and yogurt. Turned out very tasty. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

    I made this today I didn't have two of the ingredients like the almond butter or coconut milk .I use almond plain milk.The banana made it just enough sweetness, cucumber are refreshing taste too.Overall it was good and I will do this for my seven day detox.Thanks for putting this smoothie up .

    This looks so delicious! I'm definitely trying it for breakfast in the morning.
    I find freezing my banana and baby spinach helps to make the smoothie icey without adding ice! So yum.

    I made this, this morning while feeding my son his bananas. Sadly, I didn't have the avocado or yogurt, but I swapped in 1/2 cup of buttermilk. I didn't have the almond butter so I tried peanut butter for today, nor the spirulina. But it came out very good. alittle thick so the coconut water was helpful. I also tried swapping matcha powder in lieu of the spirulina. I did notice after two weeks that I made this after my am walk at the park, 1.5 hours, I lost 10 lbs. Which I was so happy. Then it came back so most likely water weight. But it's still yummy.

      Paige K I just made the smoothie. You can't taste the spinach at all. But you do get a little aftertaste of the cucumbers and coconut oil.

    This is great. I was making your smoothie for two weeks right after having my son, when i worked on 2nd, and I would always make it after coming back from the park and it had helped so much. I did lose 12lbs but once I went back to first there is just no time to make them in the morning.
    Currently, my mom went into the hospital because of her diabetes, and it showed me how much I want to get back on track but also I want to be able to help her get her health back too. Main problem is she is very stubborn😅, and she will not drink a green smoothie. Do you have any recommendations?

    I made this and it seemed really bland tasting, so I added a small handful of blueberries and 1 small cut up kiwi. These fave it a light sweetness but still is low carb and low sugar. Delicious!

    My own recipe: ORANGE DRAMA
    1/4(quarter) or a few teaspoons of lemon, depending on preference to how sour over sweet you like it, but worthy of adding nonetheless
    2/3 strawberries
    5 blueberries
    1 big juicy orange pepper
    Half or full glass of water
    This makes one glass so ration how you please, it's full of tasty goodness. I checked and I'm now the first orange drama to lose her smoothie virginity, proud owner of this recipe.

      @@dhannaelopez1961 that depends on your definition of “work.” A smoothie can be a healthier option to fill you up but it’s not going to make you lose weight on its own. It needs to be coupled with exercise and a healthy overall diet.
      This smoothie does taste amazing and is quite filling. Did it magically help me lose weight? No. That’s not its purpose anyway.

    I made this smoothie today, and find that it mostly tasted of cucumber with a small hint of banana (uses the essentials and added chia seeds, nothing else) Not a bad smoothie. Would recommend

    I just made this smoothie. Exactly as you did but I subbed your green powder for a tablespoon of rose water. Sooo good! Have you used rose water? I bet you would love it. I made an overnight oats with it. ❤️

    Don’t know if anyone is going to see this , but I started my weight loss journey, got tired of feeling ugly and having no energy, I did this shake and lord I’ve been going bathroom all day and to say also I’ve been eating good today all day 😫😫

    I've noticed when you make dinner or a salad, you often add avocado as your healthy fat option, but what would be a good alternative if you hate avocado, besides nut butter or yogurt.

      You could add nuts to a salad for fats... or even do an olive oil/lemon juice dressing..

      There are many factors in smoothie detox at home. One place I found that succeeds in merging these is the Elsu Smoothie System (google it if you're interested) definately the no.1 blueprint that I have ever heard of. look at all the incredible info .

    I need a spinach substitute. Perhaps broccoli or cauliflower might do? I need be on a low to moderate oxaloacetic food diet. I live with a health condition, but I sure could also drop a few pounds.
