MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Hope you guys have an awesome holiday!!!! Obviously I'm just one dude so if there's anything else you think might be helpful for first-time players, reply here so people can see! Love you all and thanks for watching 💙😁
Thank you so much for posting this, I got it on sale and I’m finally going to be able to play it after Christmas. Been watching all your videos of Valhalla, except for any streams. Super excited!
If you have the game on multiple platforms you may find duplicates of every armor. Just wish they would let you break down pieces of gear, like in other games.
Great introductory video! I’m about 20 hours in and found this very useful. I didn’t know about the incendiary ability so I will be getting that immediately. Another tip for players is to always make manual saves and quicksaves as you play! Some of the checkpoints when roaming on the map are quite far apart (checkpoints during main story missions are generous). Also, some of the trophies are a bit bugged so it’s always best practice!
One interesting about this game is about the order on how you do the missions will kinda affect how the stories goes or how the NPCs will react to. For example, if you chose to do Soma's quests before meeting the Legendary Ragnarssons, Ubba will later speak of your deeds for helping Soma during the cutscene. And remember, if you received new letters from allies which asked you to go back to join them in certain events, please do so, you will found some interesting events revolving around those characters.
I've watched half a dozen of these guides while the game downloads. Your guide is my favourite. Its clearly written from a "you do you" philosophy that's nice and objective, and offers logical advice on certain strategies
I'm playing this game just over a year after launch, one of the best games I've played. My favourite thing in this game is probably being able to duel wield shields. It's just so funny to me, and cool.
@@wildanS Yeah CB77 doesn't have a lack of content considering it has the same amount of campaign time as Valhalla and much more interesting side quests.
I will say that definitely having the Hidden Ones building all set up in the settlement is worth it for two things. The first is that Hythiam (sorry for misspelling his name) will teach Eivor the Leap of Faith. The second is the tracking down the members of the Order of the Ancients. In which getting enough medallions will grant some abilities. As well as finding old HQ of the Hidden Ones.

It took me almost one year to complete AC Valhalla and all its DLC including Dawn of Ragnarök clocked at approximately 255 hours because I am very busy person as graduate student and professor at university. It was absolutely longest game I have played. I beat Odyssey and all its DLC at 191 hours.
It took me 80 hours over the span of 2 months to complete it and I'm not a university professor lol. This game's story alone is obscenely long, let alone with the dlcs
odyssey at 191 hours????!!!! It is very big. Unfortunately i can't pass the mission in megara where i have to destroy war supplies and i played this particular mission 20 times.
Play skyrim and triple those hours lol. Then try playing it 4 times over 14 years with its mods and development 🤣. It's time for me to move on. I think Valhalla is next 😁
Just started this after spending around 300 hours on origins and odyssey. It's a little overwhelming and feels very different. Thanks for this video. Looking forward to getting to grips with Valhalla

Just make the boss fights and some enemies extremely hard to kill but endless skill upgrades….I don’t know man that kills me. Other then that of course I love it.

eivor fighting kassandra in the isle of skye, the best cinematic in any game!!! The problem is that in order to build every building in ravensthorpe you need a lot of supplies and raw materials. In river raids all my crew died{you lose the foreign supplies you gathered if all of your crew dies}and i have power level 90 so i have lot of work to do because the remaining monasteries have a power level requirement of 120 150 180 and above that. I have completed many contacts and avenged the death of 4 other players...... next step to build the trading post because i have opal to spend and maybe the merchant is offering some good weapons. In the beginning i used dual axes but later i bought a two handed sword and a dagger. Without dodge and parry everyone is pretty well dead in a matter of seconds, hahaha. This game has given me a lot of happy hours and i will continue to play it maybe even buy the dlcs
To be honest, I haven’t played any AC games in my life. Started ACV a few days ago and I find it interesting. The map is gorgeous and huge, with tons of things to do. Its fun and enjoyable to play.
Not as overwhelming as Odyssey im sure! Lol I recently finished the main game+cultists and First assassin dlc and Im at 130hrs, next Atlantis dlc, gonna finally finish the game before moving onto Valhalla. I had Odyssey since launch believe it or not but quit somewhere in the middle.
I'm power level 60, about 34 hours in. Having 3 minor issues: 1. I'm only finding carbon ingots, but I need the next ones up for my weapons. 2. I'm not finding the 2nd type of materials for my settlement. I have hundreds of the crate resources, but the 2nd type I only have 20. 3. Some of the buildings or treasure are just locked, until you get so far in the story. I've spent too much time trying to open a door, that just won't open until I talk to some one else

In the beginning i used dual axes but later i bought a two handed sword and a dagger. Without dodge and parry everyone is pretty well dead in a matter of seconds, hahaha. This game has given me a lot of happy hours and i will continue to play it maybe even buy the dlcs
i just started playing. this video is the most useful one ive found. ty!
This video has some helpful tips and is well spoken 👍😎
Completed the game, really wish there was more, looking forward til there is
To be honest, I haven’t played any AC games in my life. Started ACV a few days ago and I find it interesting. The map is gorgeous and huge, with tons of things to do. Its fun and enjoyable to play.
Nice tip using the harpoon on zealots. I now just lure them to a high point and sling them off and it's over.
about to start my first run thanks for the tips
I loved Odyssey. But I just couldn’t get into this one. Which sucks because I loved the previous game so much
I’m just starting the game and find this very helpful advice. Thanks!
Good video, useful information watched it twice now keep it up
4:56 that guy just isn't having it today.
Very helpful. Thanks man
What shield were you using at 4:12? Looks amazing
I dont care what people say, odyssey is a great game, and believe it or not it a major step in the assassins creed franchise
I just got the game on my one s and won’t play it until my brother gets home at 4 pm. Can’t wait
Yeaaaah kinda had to get on that sale. We're all downloaded and ready to roll
Done 2 full completion playthrooughs, but still watching this because hey... the more you know!
New sub here. I just purchased this game so this vid was super helpful. Thumbs up.
Got the game three weeks ago today and I’m at 116hrs without finishing the story yet. On purpose btw because I’m not in any hurry
Very informative video, earned a sub sir
Yoo brilliant video mate!
Great info and content man thanks for sharing !!!
I'm power level 60, about 34 hours in. Having 3 minor issues:
