    Great. Elegant lady. Love this recipe too. I have also made ragi dosa earlier....i flip both sides though...and I learnt the amount of ragi correctly from you today. Otherwise I use 2 cups of ragi with a cup of black gram and one cup of rice flour. Thanks again for the right method.

    Hi mam...it turned out so well.if you will not see the colour, no body can find out it is ragi dosa'...ragi is not overpowering the flavors...the flavor of ragi dosa' is very suttle. since long I was in search of perfect ragi dosa'... finally got it . thanks so much mam

      Do u know or not Milet doesn't have gluten....dats why mixing other things....if u make by only milet it will not work properly

    I tried this recipe for my family of 6. I reduced the urad dhal to little less than 1 cup as the urad dhal I have is of higher quality. The dosas came out well and liked by all my family including the chutney. They wanted me to make this recipe again and again. Thankyou for sharing this recipe

    I told u we used to make ragi dosa with either uluthamparupu maavu or Arisi mavu. Inniki ragi maavu was mixed with left over rice idly dosa batter. Romba nanna irundhadhu. We made ur chutney shown in this episode. It was Excellent
