This is a HORRIBLE deal for console players. It comes to exactly $1900.14 CAD including taxes shipped to my house WITH applied discounts.
The MOZA R9 with pedals and wheel comes to $1409 CAD final price shipped to me door.
Whoever is justifying $500 for console support has poor knowledge of the Sim racing industry.
You can buy 3rd party adapters for the Moza R9 to work on console far less than $500....
You could buy 5+years of Nvidia GeForce Now and play your PC games on a shit PC or smart TV.
You could take the $500, sell your console and buy a gaming PC. 3p series card are about to go on sale next month with the release of the 40 series.
You're an idiot if you buy this. Period.

Kudos for jumping into the market, but they should have gone for affordable and a way better design. Keep in mind the GT7 DD Pro 8nm is the only wheelbase available and its $600 off bat, no wheel. Not sure why people pull prices out of nowhere. That 3Nm difference results in almost 30% more torque for the 11Nm when compared to 8Nm. I highly doubt it. My daily driver is a DD1 podium and also have had a GT DD. The GT DD at 5 Nm is a wast of time and people should stick with there T300's. GT DD at 8Nm is so close to being the perfect console/PC base but 8Nm is not the real max the base will run into clipping at max FFB and can be very noisy, adding filtering to fix it deadens the detail. So you have to run it at 70%, that's probably fine for most people but for me and people that have come to my place to try it it just wasn't enough.

That price is ridiculous IMHO. Why would I pay so much more for a base and Fanatec and Moza, even thrustmaster has bundles for a better price and a larger eco system

Why would you want an 11nm wheelbase should be your first question. Imagine complaining about a car's price yet it has more power.... Moza didn't start off with many options, you have to start somewhere, if you flood the market day 1 with options many things may get over shadowed. No one is thinking in the comments, just obvious NPC responses.

This morning I pulled the trigger on the Moza R9 with wheel and pedals. The final price compared to Logitech was $514 cheaper to go with Moza...
A console player could do a lot with $500... Like buy 5 years of Nvidia GeForce Now and actually play Sim racing games instead of arcade sims.... Or buy a 3rd party adapter to use the Moza on console... Or, if they were able to think at all, they'd take the $500, sell their console and buy a PC...
But come on now. These are console players. They've probably never heard of iRacing, BeamNG, Content Manager, most of them think ACC, AC, PC1 & PC2 suck because they used a controller to play them.
Plays Forza with controller, instant professional driver, starts dreaming of a Logitech Pro.

No they think ACC, AC, PC1 & PC2 suck because they you can't make Paul Walker's R34 out of a Jetta and drift it at 200 mph.

Period.

How come every time you review a non-Fanatec product its description in the title is negative xD
