Another thing about the moment when Madoka is floating midair and the labyrinth opens, is that her shoes are in the roof or whatever that is and there is the Japanese custom where people who commit su1c1de take off their shoes as to not track dirt into the afterlife. And since its known that witches can cause su1c1des then i guess its showing a witch has affected madoka and she entered the witch's labyrinth while commiting su1c1de
I would also like to add that this is not Madoka herself, but the "Amalgamation" in a school uniform. The shot in this video is not the best, but in the original trailer you can see her asymmetrical ponytail, plus her socks are different.
This is something that happens a lot all around the world. No one really knows why, though. But, a huge majority of the time when someone jumps off somewhere high to end their lives, they take off their shoes, put their phone or other possessions next to them, and then jump.
I like the idea that their wishes being different lead to the redesigns of their outfits. I do like the thought of Sayaka no longer being able to heal, which is why she's bandaged up. To me though, it seems that Sayaka is being silenced by Homura in this new world, since she knows the truth behind Homura's treachery at the end of rebellion. The bandages seem to mainly cover her mouth, the little white bow is a nod to God Madoka, and how she was her "secretary" in her past life.
I don´t think so, I think Sayaka is trying to hide her witch form. We can see how when she´s wearing uniform she have bandages around her neck. Where does witches kisses appears regulary?? On people´s neck. I think Oktavia is trying to come out somehow, that´s why when Sayaka uses her magical girl form the Oktavia parts started showing out her body. Oktavia´s parts, curses, rotting, actually there´s a timeline in the PSP game where Sayaka´s body started rotting and the rotting marks are the same that the bandages are covering here. And well, we know how Sayaka is, she wouldn´t tell anyone because she don´t knw what´s happening to herself, so basically she´s hiding it to not worry Madoka and the others
I've had the idea that the girls all together in some way end up being walpurgisnaght for a long time. Maybe walpurgisnaght was attempting to stop homura herself, her goal being to end the law of cycles from the root, but her very existence IS the law of cycles.
Let me quote some curious info from puella magi wiki: - The witch's most prominent familiars take the form of former magical girls, as evidenced by their resemblance to the magical girls shown in the final scene of Episode 12. - The manga version even takes this one step further by explicitly featuring the deceased Sayaka, Kyouko and Mami, all of which are main characters, as Walpurgis's minions. It turns out that this depiction was in the original storyboard of Episode 11. It is unknown why this was changed
Sayaka’s bandages arent really indicative that shes heavily hurt or scarred, it could easily mean other things. Especially because all magical girls heal using magic, sayaka just had stronger/faster healing
Given how in Faust, the wraith in walpurgisnacht shows Faust the vision of Gretchen’s execution (red around neck by head chopping). And Homura witch also has themes of execution/head chopping, they are probably quite related
Never thought of the idea of the new girl being The Law of Cycles but that sounds sick. Namely because there’s no way thats Walpurgisnacht, as the trailer and art depict one of the two Homura’s as being Walpurgisnacht, the one with the gray lines on her headband (the smug and almost playful Homura basically). I’m just so curious about what Walpurgisnacht wants with Madoka, since the beginning sounds like a hostage call where Walpurgisnacht is asking for Madoka from out Homura (“ give the girl back “). I could be wrong about that part though. Its either that or they just surrounded Homura with a shit ton of Walpurgisnacht symbols just because the two are closely related, but I feel like they overdid it to the point where it has to mean more then just that. Especially with the movie title itself. Also unless they bring back red ribbon Homura, the reason why our presumable Homura lacks it is because she gave it to Madoka at the end of Rebellion. So I personally feel that our Homura IS representing the one with the red ribbon, but there could be three considering the trailer does include more than two Homuras on that tower of papers and at the bottom.
Yeah, at first I was leaning towards the Amalgamation being Walpurgisnacht's MG, but Parasol Homura (smug one) just gives off too much design similarities for me to ignore the chance that it's her.
Btw if Homura destroying the timelines which gave Madoka karmic potential to become a goddess route is what Shaft is taking then I am totally down for that because being the law of cycles is an absolute hell for Madoka that Homura wouldn't be ok with at all. However I don't think Homura would be the type to become a Kyubey like figure since she is the type to despise the idea of putting little girls through hell by fighting as puella magis.
I absolutely think that Walpurgisnacht is some sort of form of Homura’s witch form, or at the minimum it took on her appearance somehow. The dress that Homura wears in the beginning is so similar to Walpurgisnacht’s dress, even in color and the ruffles on her chest. It also has an unnerving grin that it never sheds. The fact that’s she’s referring to the dream as a stage show is also accurate considering Walpurgisnacht looks like a marionette, as does her magical girl looking familiars. And doll like familiars appear all throughout this trailer, even thoujj go Homura’s familiars are typically the Homulilys that look like Nutcrackers. And one other big thing is the design of Walpurgisnacht itself is literally meant to go alongside Madoka’s original witch form Gretchen-together they’re supposed to resemble an hourglass, showing Homura’s running out of time. But if it turns out that Walpurgisnacht is actually Homura somehow, then that connection would be even stronger. I’ve always thought this ever since learning that Madoka’s witchform, Gretchen, grows in power at the same rates Madoka’s does in her godhood because of the ties to Homura and fate. So then why not also Walpurgisnacht who is the main reason any of this happened to begin with?
also also, walpurgisnachts description labels her as a "stage witch" and the last line Homura says is "And so, let the curtains rise on tonights dream" which is an interesting choice of words to say the least
My crazy theory is that hitomi is a magical girl and has been a magical girl this entire time. She either created walsprignight or something and her powers are the powers of all magical girls. (Her transformation reflecting this) If you notice in rebellion she seemed to notice glasses homura soul gem ring . In the concept movie she speaks of keeping magical girls a secret. I also think shes been acting this whole time maybe for her own amusement . But with homura changing the universe she finally shows her true colors again this is just my crazy theory oh and her magical jewelry can just be hidden like on the back of her head)
Given Hitomi has always been there in the background she definitely could be an agent of chaos who can believably know everything. Just Hitomi being a Magical Girl to begin with would legitimately be so cool, she's the one person Homura didn't consider, I love it
Something I find interesting is that Nagisa Momoe (Bebe) and her VA show up in the trailer's credits. I thinks that means she's the voice over the flashbacks. Also, Parasol Homura's design is highly reminiscent of Satomi Touka from the Side Story anime. I wonder what it means.
I truly believe that the assumption of the law of cycles being the amalgamation is correct since Homura states that she took the records of who Madoka before the wish out of it but otherwise it works as intended and is a side of Madoka and what she went through upon apotheosis that Homura is fully unfamiliar with in all ways(she is actually taken by surprise Madoka states she doesn’t agree with her in Rebellion). The three Homuras seem to be her two sides that were talked about in Rebellion and the devil(the magical girl that would be willing to die for Madoka, the sad witchy mishaped girl that wants Madoka above all consequences and lastly the devil that is the final culmination of the 2nd one and while holding no regrets she will bravely accept and face the consequences of what happened and keep things going as long as she can). Walpurgisnaught being it’s true name or not is irrelevant and the magical girl is shown being saved by Madoka near a fair. The creator’s notes give a very specific statement that Walpurgis and Homura have the same relationship as Mami and Charlotte(Mami’s power comes from a ribbon that’d keep her tied to life while Charlotte had magic that would free itself with shed skin whenever bound) so Walpurgis having a theme of inevitable and continuous despair and Homura having a power to avoid undesired circumstances were deliberately set by the writers way back. The text of Walpurgis is taken directly from material that has existed for years. I am though uncertain(actually doubtful) that the three Homura’s are not just her states of mind instead of actual characters and Homura is just dressing differently cause Walpurgis was always meant to be her undoing and is doing it for the lolz.
Mami's magic isn't creation, it was confirmed to be "restrinct magic" in the Magia Archive of Magia Record. I think that's because Mami "restrinct herself" to life.
@@lukamagica6810 the Magia Archive, a recopilation of artwork and info on characters of the game, did give us interesting information on both Holy Quintet and the Spinoff characters info on most cases. For example, Sayaka's regeneration magic is called "Treatment" and Nagisa's weapon is actually a trumpet (because she used to play that instrument in her elementary school's music club).
Few things. For the new character, I don't think it's the law of cycles. At the end of rebellion we see sayaka and Nagisa got stuck in Homura's new world as well. But we also saw Anthony's there too and also some container that said "Gertrude" in runes. While they have witch powers we know that they're not the same as witches from the original series. If Madoka is god than they're her angels. In Rebellion Kyubey asks what they are and this is what Nagisa and Sayaka tell him (円環の理に導かれ この世の因果を外れた者たち (which means something like "guided by the law of cycles(madoka) we are beings that escaped the the karmic fate of this world") this is at 1:26:29 (tho the full explanation of what they are starts at 1:26:22)). Since we know sayaka and Nagisa are in this world and they retain a similar state as previously (sayaka tries to summon her witch form before Homura erases her memories) we can conclude that the familiars that got trapped as well must be similar. To put it more simply, they're not witches and they're not spreading curses. Also, based on these factors, Homura CANNOT be Walpurgisnacht. At the end of rebellion Madoka appeared and Sayaka and Nagisa were in a carriage pulled by one of Walpurgisnacht's familiars. Madoka already brought Walpurgistnacht into the law of cycles, there is no way her elephant familiar would be present at the end of Rebellion if this were not the case. (I find it interesting a lot of people seemed to miss this detail, but it really puts a wrench in the idea that homura is walpurgisnacht. Or at the very least it indicates this can only end one way - Homura is defeated and joins Madoka in the law of cycles (which I'm not sure is how it will end since Urobuchi tends to dislike things that end where they started. So I don't think things will end so simply.)) My thought is, similar to Sayaka and Nagisa, Walpurgisnacht was also trapped in this new world. And in fact maybe all the angels (witches) were. Or maybe only the ones that had familiars manifested when madoka came to take homura. or perhaps it was just the familiars trapped but the main form still remain... wherever the law of cycles is. Either way one thing is for sure - walpurgisnacht is DEFINITLY trapped in Homura's new world, either just her familiar or her entire self. So who is this new character? My guess - walpurgisnacht in magical girl form. Tho it's possible your assessment is the correct one, we'll have to wait and see. I hadn't considered your idea, tho I'm not super sure it makes sense since madoka IS the law of cycles. Now for the multiple Homura, I'm 90% sure they're Clara dolls. In the original series it's said that familiars can evolve into full witches. So I think that's what's going on here, and if u look at the scene at the end of the trailer with her standing on the... whatever it is they're standing on, and count the clara dolls there are 12... unless u count the 3 homuras, then there are 15 which is how many clara dolls there are. So I don't think it's time travel or alternate universes (tho it's possible these may play a role in some way). The redesigns I have no ideas on atm, but I think in Sayaka's case it's because she's specifically having her powers being nerfed by Homura. Could be a similar case for the others. If you look at the concept movie, which this one seems to have been based on, then it might shed some light on a few things. In it we see Kyoko fighting witches, and seemingly Mami fighting Homura. the redesigns may be two different things - Homura buffing Kyoko (who is on her side) and her nerfing Mami similar to Sayaka. Tho that's just speculation and not much basis for it. There is also a lot of concept art of Homura fighting witches which lends evidence to what I said above. Also Sayaka still seems to be an angel in it with her witch form showing up in the concept movie (tho this was also the case at the end of rebellion so the concept movie isn't really giving us anything new here). Also in the concept trailer there's a line where Madoka says "助けてくれの?あなたたちも妖精さん?" which roughly means "you can help me? You're also fairies?" My assumption here is she's talking about familiars helping her. My thought is the movie is going to be about the angels (again, witches taken by the law of cycles) trying to get Madoka her power back or something.
This is going to be a long comment. You more or less said almost everything I theorized before after the trailer. The only thing I might change is that Kyubey might be behind Walpurgisnacht in some way. I say this mainly due to the post credits scene in Rebellion where we see one Kyubey laden with curses shivering on the ground, as well as one in the shadows that seems fine. I know some have said this is the same Kyubey, but I don't think it is because because they look different from each other, Homura seems surprised when she noticed it (implying she can't keep track of it or control it), and it's clearly in a different location from the one Homura proceeds to dance around. If the Incubators were able to isolate Homura from the law of cycles, then I'd imagine they could isolate the curses to a single copy of themselves. Given that Homura has placed all that energy into a copy of it, I get the impression that they are busy analyzing what they could do with all that energy when they are the ones possessing it and are just waiting for an opportunity to make a move when they feel they have the upper hand. Essentially, they make Walpurgisnacht because Homura gives them all the necessary ingredients to do so, the final ingredient being one of Homura's alternate timeline selves in order to gain her time travel ability. Walpurgisnacht would basically be a tool to accomplish Kyubey's goal of counteracting entropy. To explain: Homura's universe is unstable, and despite creating it, she isn't totally in control of it. She can't control it because when she created it she lacked the ability to account for all possible outcomes due to the limitations of her human mind and this is the same as in Madoka's wish as well as Madoka lost control of her own universe for the same reason. Kyubey on the other hand has more than enough brainpower to account for almost all possible outcomes, and even if caught off guard, his intelligence can likely compensate for the unexpected. This is exactly what they did when Madoka caught them off guard, and they were able to outsmart Madoka in her own universe. I also think that when Kyubey says "Trying to make use of human emotions is just too dangerous. We could never hope to control anything so unpredictable," he's not saying he won't meddle with humans anymore, but rather he wants to take humans out of the equation all together while still gaining all of the potential energy humans possess. He actually does this when Madoka kills Walpurgisnacht in one of the timelines and becomes a witch. Kyubey mentions that the energy created by Madoka's witch is more than enough to fill his quota, and that Earth would be destroyed by Madoka's witch. Not only did he reap all the energy he could from humanity, but he also destroyed it meaning he'd no longer have to deal with humans. Walpurgisnacht is the final solution to reap all possible energy from humanity while also removing the inconvenience of using humanity as an energy source.
Check the concept movie trailer of Madoka 4th movie... at the end, I think that the Amalgamation appears.... if I'm not mistake. Great analysis. Looking forward for more theories of yours
After waiting many, many, many days, we finally get it?? I know we are all excited about this movie, but why did we have to wait this long? It's freaking frustrating, and the fans that are waiting this long, my goodness, we're already probably dead from old age, but anyway, i'm excited. I can't wait to see the movie!!
I think it's because Rebellion wasn't appreciated when it was *first* released. I recall there was a lot of backlash, mostly because it was misunderstood. It wasn't until years later did people dive deep into Homura's character in the original anime, did the realise Rebellion was not only logical as a continuation of the anime, but also true to Homura's character. I think the creator had plans to make a movie following Rebellion sooner, but due to the immediate negative response, it was scrapped. They then focused on Magica Record instead. (I never watched Record so idk much about it 😅 or its popularity) I'm just happy we finally get answers. I hope everything gets tied in the end and we don't have to wait another ten years for another movie haha 😢
I just got into Madoka Magica recently and i need to say, this trailer is the best anime trailer i've seen so far. Litterally cannot wait for the movie to release. Also here are some of my theories: The whole movie will be similar to the first original series. In the sense that Homura will try to stop Madoka from relizing who she truly is. I think we already see glimpses of it in the trailer that being Madoka jumping off seemlingly killing herself. We also saw this at the end of rebellion, with Madoka almost truning back before Homura stops her. I think Madoka will slowly realize that this is all wrong and thath she is supposed to be the Law of the Cycle, maybe becuase of the advent of witches, maybe thanks to the new Magical girl "Amalgamation" as you call her, maybe thourght something else (the incubators for example). Plus i think the waaay more powerful "Devil" Homura will send her back in time over and over again trying to stop Madoka from ever learning the truth, so that she can stay with her forever. I also have another theory, which is way more far fetched, but it's that the new girl is actually the magical girl that became Walpurgisnacht, and that the reason she is so powerful is that she is, as you said, an amalgamation of various powers from the magical girls (the bow, the ribbons, even maybe the ability to cure/stop time). But this is too far fetched and i don't think it will actually happen.
Welcome to the fandom! I must agree this trailer is absolutely fantastic! I love your take on the new girl being Walpurgisnacht, as out there as the theory might be, I did also consider it and it was even my initial thought at first.
@@lukamagica6810Yeah, we will just have to wait the movie to see. Really hope "winter 2024" means like by the end of march and not december 2024. BC if it's december than we will have to wait like at least another 5 months before the movie releases in the US or other places (for example, i live in italy, and while i would like to fantasize on a possible theather release date, i don't think something like that will ever come)
Her being walpurgisnacht is not as out there as you might first think. for one we know walpurgisnacht is going to be in the movie but we also know that walpurgisnacht was already taken by the law of cycles due to the end of the series where she says she's going to do that, but also the end of rebellion when we see Walpurgisnacht's elephant pulling the carriage Sayaka and Nagisa (or bebe as she's called most of the movie). It seems likely to me that Walpurgisnacht is going to show up in the movie in the same way Sayaka and Nagisa are - witches taken by the law of cycles. So like them she can also revert back to human form. Which means, her magical girl form showing up in the movie is pretty much guaranteed.
Madoka Magica is the stuff from Hidamari Sketch turned into a dark magical girl anime. Hidamari Sketch is the one TRUE predecessor to Madoka Magica, NOT Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, nor Tokyo Mew mew, and not even the Nanoha franchise.
The "amalgamation" uses red ribbons, which remind me of Mami + Kyokou And maybe she has one of Sayaka's eyes or face? The hidden parts behind the bandages
Before I watch the theories in this video, I wanted to express the one I assumed.. which was that some sort of sacrifice was made from each member of the group to spawn a whole nother magical girl/different type being. Now after watching the theories, I wonder if the other members of the group made contracts with Parasol Homura and were handicapped by it in some way or just out of resentment by Homura. Maybe the new character is a version of Madoka and Homura conbined. Or a being spawned out memories that refuse/ can't be destroyed. Cool video! 🪄🔮 I'm hyped for whatever the story is 🌠✨
You could also say the two homuras are part of her law of cycles. Bear with me here. In Rebellion Homura takes the human parts of Madoka off the Law so they can be together. Being an entity akin to the Law of Cycles(supposedly) Homura may also have fractured with the pressure of controlling an entire universe. So ribbon Homura is the one we all know and love and hairband Homura is the part without real feelings, that makes up the part of Homura that has holds onto the Law of Cycles. Maybe! I don't know!
The character that jumps off of the roof is the same character with the dirty blonde hair more than likely, she has the same hairstyle with the one sided ponytail.
Although Mami's ribbons are usually yellow, when she tied Homura in epsiode 3 and Rebellion, her ribbons were red. Your mind was too foggy to realize this. I theorize that the "amalgamation" is still Mami but she underwent a new transformation.
Oh no I made sure to acknowledge that there are instances of Mami's ribbons being red. I've been seeing more and more leaning to the idea of it being a new form for Mami and I'm totally down for that, would make sense with the ribbons.
Something I noticed but in the ranbowy void you can see someone chained up in front of a clock, I know it’s a clock because the person is then removed and you then can see the clock in full view it’s looks like the bit from kuybeys karmic destiny speech
To me the amalgamation looks a lot like a clara doll in design, hair color, and dress palette, as the many other homuras seem too. And there is a clara doll that we never have seen, love i think? I mean, parasoul homura has a pattern on her headpiece that looks like a cross of sorts, and one of the clara dolls have the same in her hat, so im guessing is her because the clara dolls are always smiling anyways. And about walpurgis, I think in the part of the re-edition of the manga were madoka goes around saving magical girls they changed a panel specifically to show a gear themed magical girl, wasn't she supposed to be walpurgis eventually?
Thank you for all the love and support. Please go check out this fellow theorizer's video and give them some support as well

I was debating whether to bring that up but I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed it.
Fascinating.
You also see this happen with the Clara Dolls near the ending of Rebellion, as well as the woman Mami saves in episode 2 of the original show.
I would also like to add that this is not Madoka herself, but the "Amalgamation" in a school uniform. The shot in this video is not the best, but in the original trailer you can see her asymmetrical ponytail, plus her socks are different.

That'd make sense! Walpurgis is described as being sort of an amalgamation, so if all of the Quintet is the key, it sure fits the description
I think Walpurgis was an experiment of some sort or a result of Homura’s time travel ability.

The captions were really helpful thank you
New character being an amalgamation of Madoka Mami and Homura is so fun
Mami's magic isn't creation, it was confirmed to be "restrinct magic" in the Magia Archive of Magia Record. I think that's because Mami "restrinct herself" to life.
Ah, I see! Pure speculation on my behalf, was not as involved with Magia Record, thank you for the clarification!
So I don't think things will end so simply.))
My thought is, similar to Sayaka and Nagisa, Walpurgisnacht was also trapped in this new world.
There is no way you have only 20 subscribers dude, youtube algorithm is crazy. Your videos are great.
Another Theory
The Ribbon Homura is Homura Tamura!
You deserve a break after typing that much information bro.
Check the concept movie trailer of Madoka 4th movie... at the end, I think that the Amalgamation appears.... if I'm not mistake. Great analysis. Looking forward for more theories of yours
This. I've been waiting for this for a very long time. I am so excited for this, it's like Infinity War/Endgame all over again for me.
(I never watched Record so idk much about it 😅 or its popularity)
I'm just happy we finally get answers. I hope everything gets tied in the end and we don't have to wait another ten years for another movie haha 😢
Loved the theories in the video!❤
I just got into Madoka Magica recently and i need to say, this trailer is the best anime trailer i've seen so far. Litterally cannot wait for the movie to release. Also here are some of my theories:
The whole movie will be similar to the first original series.
BC if it's december than we will have to wait like at least another 5 months before the movie releases in the US or other places (for example, i live in italy, and while i would like to fantasize on a possible theather release date, i don't think something like that will ever come)
Her being walpurgisnacht is not as out there as you might first think.
for one we know walpurgisnacht is going to be in the movie
but we also know that walpurgisnacht was already taken by the law of cycles due to the end of the series where she says she's going to do that, but also the end of rebellion when we see Walpurgisnacht's elephant pulling the carriage Sayaka and Nagisa (or bebe as she's called most of the movie).
Why I love this community
The "amalgamation" uses red ribbons, which remind me of Mami + Kyokou
And maybe she has one of Sayaka's eyes or face? The hidden parts behind the bandages
Before I watch the theories in this video, I wanted to express the one I assumed.. which was that some sort of sacrifice was made from each member of the group to spawn a whole nother magical girl/different type being.
Now after watching the theories, I wonder if the other members of the group made contracts with Parasol Homura and were handicapped by it in some way or just out of resentment by Homura.
Maybe the new character is a version of Madoka and Homura conbined. Or a being spawned out memories that refuse/ can't be destroyed.
Cool video! 🪄🔮
I'm hyped for whatever the story is 🌠✨
I keep wondering what the hell happened to Sayaka!
Only 10 subs is crazy, but I can’t help but think I’ve heard your voice before
he sounds a bit like the youtuber Schnee! He also makes analysis videos on animated shows (I recommend u check them out btw haha)
I had the same idea too that the new character is the law of cycles
My theory
The Stage Witch would be summoned by my character, Spin O Wheelo Litch and his spell book!
8:01 all knsh is correct, but I have only 1 question as my mother has almost no changes, she is absolutely different
The character that jumps off of the roof is the same character with the dirty blonde hair more than likely, she has the same hairstyle with the one sided ponytail.
Become meguca.
rabu...
Meduka.. RABU
Meduka forbiddened
Although Mami's ribbons are usually yellow, when she tied Homura in epsiode 3 and Rebellion, her ribbons were red. Your mind was too foggy to realize this. I theorize that the "amalgamation" is still Mami but she underwent a new transformation.
Oh no I made sure to acknowledge that there are instances of Mami's ribbons being red. I've been seeing more and more leaning to the idea of it being a new form for Mami and I'm totally down for that, would make sense with the ribbons.
@@lukamagica6810it would also fit with the concept trailer, where she had a major role in the plot.
Could that new magical girl possibly be Hitomi .? If we go back to the concep movie trailer SHAFT released, Hitomi spoke on the magical girls
The homura wearing the red ribbon can't be the original homura, because she gave the red ribbons back to Madoka at the end of Rebellion
Sayaka is like equal parts badass and a Yuki Yuna character
When does it come out?
According to the Japanese trailer, the release window is Winter of next year, so its possible we will see it Jaunary - February
What if the witch is Madoka?
Mami worshipers here
⬇️
stop messing w the mic 😔
やっぱり日本より流れる情報が少ないなlol
ショックです!
日本でももっとニュースがあるだろうと思っていました。
Sayaka is more important than Mami.
so hitomi was right...girls CANT like girls
No. I believe Homucifer dominancy to top Madokami 😂
I really think he is far of. Akuma Homera don't accept magical girls despair, that is the law of cycle, she exist in opposition to it.
Hear me out.. what if the new character could be hitomi
The statue is the moon tarot card
Right! This was something I unfortunately missed the other day in all my excitement to collect my thoughts
Completely unnecessary
