Hey there , John here . Im in melbourne..i have same leak on my o8 crd. Can you tell me where i can get the seals. Specially the big one or did you not need it , cheers
@@jamesgarage1223 i spoke to the guys at patrol apart and they found the other o rings. Dont know why they dont sell it as a kit of 3. Next problem i have is the springs dropped out of the plunger and i cant figure out where they tiny spring and seat sits. A bit of brain damage but better than spending thousands on a new pump haha
Nice work mate have the same issuie at the moment. Did u remove any of the intake to gain access to the cap? Cheers
Hey mate,
I was lucky it was the bottom piston assembly so could access the cap from underneath.
Unsure on access from the top.
How does the piston at the side mounts up *spring-metal ball-piston* or* metal ball-spring-piston. Mine's came apart.not shure how to mount it up

Hey mate. I have the same issue and can only find a listing for 1 of the o rings on patrolapart website. Do you know anyone else that sell the kit?
I don’t sorry mate , If you search the Bosch part numbers in the description I think you’ll be able to find some genuine on eBay or something.

Good to hear. Make sure you put it all back together the right way. If you don’t it will destroy the pump and contaminate the whole fuel system.
where do you sell this pump repair?
Read the video description.
