My 2007 corolla verso 2.2 Diesel will start the first time without a problem and idle normally. After about one minute or so, a warning light will show up on the dash then after another 30 seconds, the engine cuts out. When the engine dies, I can restart again without a problem and the whole scenario starts over this happen until the engine warms up. once the temperature reaches 60 and the blue light goes off the car works fine the rest of the day. I cleaned the EGR, polished the glow plugs and tested them, put a new fuel filter, tried a working SCV from my mate's car, and did a full tank with fuel treatments. None of the above-mentioned worked however the car performance is much better. I tried to warm up the fuel rail line with a hot cloth soaked in hot water and will top it with hot water every now and then and the car did not cut off but won't drive as normal unless the engine itself is warmed up. Once it is warmed up it runs fine. Any idea what else could it be? Thank you

An excellent demo about the excess fuel returm. Do you have any idea why my diesel engine oil level raises? It's not the coollant, but diasel fuel got into the engine oil. Are the injectors to blame? Thanks!
Or sticky injector, nozzel pin staying open - but you would have noticeable economy / driveability symptoms. ALSO depending on the the type of diesel engine - if its a passanger type diesel after 2007 fitted with a DPF and unlike commercial diesel. This DPF does not have an seperate injector for the DPF- it will just send extra fuel into the cylinders to reach the DPF in the exhaust stroke. Have a look into it if you are unsure.

Are you trying to start komatsu pc300-8 engine out chassis. Yes it can be done.if your monitor is password protected then u need to removed the monitor from the machine.then rewire .we have almost 20unit of this model.yes is commonrail engine.
and even a big BAG from the engine while is running at moderate revs. That is what you can get as well from a back leak injectors, when sendind 3-4 times as much diesel back to the diesel tank... BMW E90 M47 2 LITRES ENGINE with 300k miles on the clock, original injectors since.. 2005. All system treated with 2 stroke oil 250ml/50 litres of diesel from 250k miles. The engine never missed a start. At present day 2 injectors were rebuild.
You can even have a really really loud BANG, like a hammer hit on a metal plate, or as you stall a diesel engine when you try to start driving. It happend to me while I was driving at about 30-40 miles/h, about 2000rpm.. It was nasty and scarry bang. I found out that 2 injectors were leaking almost 3 times as much fuel as the other 2... after 300k miles on the clock with these injectors. I dismatle the tip, spray .. brake cleaner, all 6 holes clear of build up.. Try to understand what practicall happen to get that BIG BANG to almost stall.. The car was still running, the engine didn't stop or anything...

The Kubota v3800 definitely needs to be timed since it uses spill port timing off the camshaft to open and close a solenoid to regulate fuel flow 🎉

i think that is manufacturer specific. on my bmw the new injectors are 1-2ccm/min and if it is greater than 10ccm/min then it is a bad injector

How can dealing with back leaking please help me
I have a kia k2700 and even with new injectors i get a over fueling problem which causes diesel knock. When it does run it has a miss.
