    Unfortunately I had my second hip replaced a week ago.
    Never the less I love going to the gym as much as ever.
    And at soon 66 years of age I get very inspired from your videos!

    Hi Lee, in your video you said to avoid locking out. For dead lifts, do you recommend not locking out? I've googled this, and there's mixed opinions on this. I would really appreciate an expert's opinion from you.
