    I miss old time choreography aerobics and music...I really love zumba too...great movements 20-30minutes work out is great at mornings, on evening before late shower or midday...after school or work :)

    Thank you for the great workout - it was very enjoyable. My coordination is not that great so I found that these more simple movements were good for me. Loved having the cardio and the weight training together.

    Lovely. Thank you. Did most of the workout but not the floor as I have a bulging disc so just did knee lifts and walking back and forward. Did the Russian crunch standing and twisted gently.

    Loved this workout. Gina, I do your workouts 3 times a week, incorporating barre, yoga, and pilates the other days. I love your workouts. Fast, and definitely fun. I love the longer workouts, but I have to say, on days when I'm not feeling so great, I like that I can choose to do a shorter workout on your channel! By the way, I'm 60, and have been working out as long as I can remember. Thank you for all of your fantastic workouts! ❤

    Second go at this workout and much better. Getting into the moves and music. The floor exercises I find trickier. Trying to keep the small of my back on the floor with no gap!!! Love the mix of cardio and weights! Thank you. 😍
