    Wow the knee repeaters are not my favourite and there is a lot of them in this routine. I don’t mind the skippers but they are knackering, very sweaty 😰 after this workout

    Unfortunately, I was in Hurricane Beryl's path. Got minimum damage, part of the fence down, lots of branches down, and no electricity for 15 hrs. Between cleaning up yards and trying to recover I hadn't done a workout this week. Today I did this workout and am very thankful for upbeat music to push me through. Thank you Gina for putting out such fun workouts!

    Loved the tunes they were awesome but was disappointed that was the same moves through the whole workout. I love it when it’s a different song so new moves. I actually got fed up towards the end. Not one of my faves sadly
