    I just completed this at work. Since I do security there is so much down time. So I put it on to get my workout on. Thank you so much. I'm dripping with sweat in my uniform. But I dont care 😃😃😃❤💛🖤💚

    This is one of my favorite videos I work out to everyday. My favorite song is Another bites the dust, love the punching in it, relieves alot of the stress. I wish there were more videos like this one. Thank you Gina B for all of your great videos. I wouldn't have lost weight without you!

    We are an obese couple from Ireland, trying to get in our 10k steps a day as part of our weight loss journey, but the weather here does not always allow us to go for walks. lol, and since we found you it's so much easier!!!This was so awesome!! And so much fun!!!
