Thanks for sharing. When working with greeen seeds pods, no need to wash in sterilize water. When you open the pod, it's better to open the media jar, that the open pod and by the help of an scalpel, rub the seeds in the media.❤
You can go for it, but you need to know the concentration and time period to expose tissue to the chemical. We developed the protocol shown here, and it has been very effective and working for us, so we are following it now.
Sharing my expérience: I use 3% H2O2 when working with dry seeds. When you work with green closed pod, the seeds are protected. So, I use a higher concentration of bleach as we sterilize the external part. With green seeds, I don't rinse, I just wipe it with sterilized paper, cut the pod and place the seeds directly in the media.

Why do you not use just Hydrogen Peroxide to sterilize seeds directly? Is it too strong for micro seeds?
