After doing the multiplication media in the biocoupler, do you then do rooting media in the biocoupler and then after that, transplant to the fluval stratum? Or do you go from the multiplication media directly into the fluval stratum? Thanks!

It's June 20 in northern ny state and the reishi season is "BOOMING". I started picking for profit but fell in love with this mushroom. I think it may be controlling my mind but I don't care. Hi i have soaking the seed the same solution for 48hr already but some seed is pop up the root but some are not , Because some the seed that i have it 10 year old , what do you recommend for the seed that not pop up and been soaking for 48hr ? Do i need to soak it more or put in the paper towel better ? and some of the tube that i have soak the color has change too , Do i need to change a new soak solution ?

i used to perform FSAC, fragmented shoot apex culture for a research job. I would pluck out the apical dome and place it in media as it is virus free due to no vascular system, so no viruses can infect the area. This was the virus elimination program for the nation's grapevine varieties and it worked. Grafting for 3 years with indicator vines to determine if the progeny were clean really made the whole proces up to 5 years. The crop were grapevines. The year was 1989. Signed Perth Australia

Hi there, love your videos and I have gone through all the Q&A and have not found a clear answer to the sugar question if you can please clarify. 1% VOLUME of sugar I believe is confusing for everyone. If we make a h2o2 solution at 1:19, let’s say 2cups/500ml, sugar isn’t really something anyone measures in “volume” so when you state 1% would it be safe to say add 1 tsp sugar (5ml)?? Please let us know, this process is something I will test on my old seeds! thrilled to have found your channel!

One thing I noticed about your biocouplers is that there's never any labeling. How do you know what you have? Do you have a labeling protocol?
