Beautiful,nice use of space,but I would get rid of the sliders and that extremely large window.......I prefer more wall space and privacy.

Wouldn’t expect you to lol I love your videos and your homes. Any chance your in the market for a remote designer? Have a degree in Architecture and I am personally building one since my design job designing tiny homes was phased out after Covid. Lol just curious.
That spiral ladder is SERIOUSLY GORGEOUS and should be a real signature piece for you all, but it's gonna have to have an outside handrail all the way down to make adults over the age of 23 feel safe. Also, my brother weighs 300 lbs. Would it even hold him???

I told Peter that I was in no hurry because I knew I couldn't build until 2023 but I'm registered to come down on July 10th.
I was going to fly out to Colorado for the show but I already know what I want and who I want so I saved my money ...... LOL ......... Travel safely home

I've seen so many Tiny houses, but yours is the best. So beautiful and practical. Seems really high quality. Do you have UK customers? Do you ever do sockets for different countries?
Thanks so much for the compliments! We've found that shipping a tiny home overseas or even to Canada or Mexico is usually cost prohibitive, but we have sold our plans to folks in other countries so they can have a local builder re-create our floor plans. As far as sockets, we would recommend hiring a local electrician to make sure your build is up to local electrical codes.
@@IndigoRiverTinyHomes Thank you for commenting. I would love to own one of the tiny houses that you make, one day. They are such lovely spaces like the standing upstairs rooms, that beautiful balcony in another video, the folding table and storage seat in the bedroom, the lovely folding table outside the window, the folding table inside, storage stairs with rails, beautiful colorful kitchen and the sink with attachments. I want two. When I'm ready I will come back to buy the plans as I'm in the UK and I've never seen tiny houses like yours before over here. You can't stand up in the loft and most people have double beds not Queen.
I don't like split level in loft,but, could it be full sizeroom for office space and catwalk area too. I have several 🙀.
If you add a gooseneck it can be a full size room.
The only thing i didn't like was the ceiling fan i was thinking how would you clean that. Also u didn't mention any air conditioning.
That mini-split unit covers the AC & heat.

What’s the model of the one with the spiral ladder ?
We’ve put the spiral ladder in a Homesteader & in a Classic but you could put it anywhere there is a crawl-in loft.
Question for you… is the standard sink 24” wide? Does it come in 18”?
bathroom vanity is generally 24" but we are a custom builder so we can install whatever size you want.

I love it I love everything about it I use it one side for clothes and the other side of sleep on but I do wish it was just a touch longer because I feel like the living room is missing space like there should be a little more space for the living room
