VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Harrison and Brittney downsized slowly before finally moving into their first tiny home. This 39ft tiny house has a small bathroom, a flushing toilet, and a large shower. The open kitchen has ample cabinet space, a tall fridge, a stove/oven, and a dishwasher!
These two love games, so the custom entertainment center was designed to hold everything, from video games to legos and records. The high-ceiling bedroom is in the neck of the tiny home, which allows for standing room and walking space on either side of the queen-size bed.

Their tiny is so nice! Got to spend the morning with these two filming this and can honestly say it’s one of the nicest I’ve had the opportunity to film. Also Keely is perfect.

@@user-dw4ei6cb9v one of the managers lives there with her family but she isn’t in a tiny home. There is a full size home on the premises.

I like the exterior color of their tiny home. I also like that they can stand 🧍♀️ up in their bedroom and walk around the bed. I am sure that feature helps tremendously in making up and changing the linens

Love this one. The extra space makes the home super livable especially with the pets. Very pretty interior. Bathroom is great. Like the little Lego touches. Be perfect when they build the deck. Congratulations on a lovely build.

Where do they eat? I noticed one of those bars that go along the window in the kitchen but it was never mentioned.
We could and have sat at the bar by the French window in the kitchen and also the bar that is Harrison’s workspace, but we mainly eat on the couch 😬 We pull our stools out for little personal tables 😂

Open windows to keep the air flow. I live in a tinyhome and have never had a mold problem. And don't have a dehumidifier.

I just love this tiny house. I love the set up so much. This floor plan works so well. We are in a travel trailer an we so want to upgrade to something just like this.

What a great vibe you four have and your home is precious. Obviously, someone is crazy good at dog hair control and that is very hard to do! I am lucky enough to live in the same town that these guys do, so this was fun to watch! I am curious to know about the bathroom fan - what kind is it? Great job on making the space work for you and being able to hang on to the Legos!
Wonderful tiny house. I truly understand why you fell for the layout, it looks so comfortable. But there's one thing I noticed, can't get it out of my head and need to know where you got it: the tiny Swedish Chef figurine. I won't be able to forget it. Might not be able to sleep anymore...

Beautiful home, great to start young before you get totally set in your ways, as we are too attached to our space and stuff now... Do they mow your lawn, or do you have a lawn mower somewhere? Are you from Oregon, or what made you choose the mild but rainy area? How does living with one bathroom work out? I assume that you will move to larger when or if kids come along...
You can keep your lego--for your kids someday--and they can pass them on to their kids.

I love the bedroom in the gooseneck. I just stayed at the park in October and noticed there doesn't seem like there would be many job opportunities in that area, is that true?.

All they need is a counter piece to cover the sink or an island on wheels that has a multi purpose.

I would like to know what your lot rent is for your tiny house? What does it include?
I know it’s supposed to sit or be parked at a lot of land or at some community park for tiny trailer homes like this one, but can you safely tow it across country if you for instance get a new job?
Yeah most park model type homes are still required to be mobile. I will say that towing it is no easy feat with something this large. Many people elect to have it moved by a professional service which can be a few thousand dollars. Typically you’ll get insurance coverage though in case of an accident.
@@wildsage I was just thinking about the aero dynamics. These homes aren’t exactly aero dynamic, like an airstream, fifth wheel or travel trailer, so it looks pretty unstable to tow it on the highway or freeway at a certain speed
@@joakimhjelm-svennesen8984 the gooseneck trailor is actually very stable and easy to maneuver.. the trailer attaches to the bed of a large pick up.. so it is very stable...
Close the toilet lid when you take pics! Everything else is great.
What do you do with your cats when you leave?
I have one question...why do you refrigerate hot sauce?

Put some shelves for your cat to walk on where you don't have a loft.
How big is that exterior storage space? None of the videos I have seen have shown it and I wouldn’t want the loft if there was enough storage space without it

Nice home but I would change a couple of things I would have a fireplace put in my living area below the tv Pantry in the kitchen somewhere lol now we have a washer and dryer instead of a combo video was a little too long but I enjoyed it
