The bedrooms are the best I've seen. 3 bedrooms and each with its own storage. Nobody is going into a 3 foot loft. Perfect.
Every home you build is so livable People need wardrobes and storage and your homes provide so much of that. I love your homes.
Beautiful layout. The only thing I'd be looking for is a window that opens in the bathroom for ventilation. Keep up the great work 👍
Wow, I always thought that a tiny house would be out of the question for me having two teenagers - my son is 15 and my daughter 12 - but this is perfect! This is liveable and both kids have privacy! I’m in Scotland so it’s still not going to happen but I’m so impressed with this tiny house - you have found an amazing solution for families of 4 - with both genders! This would have been great when my kids were little too! I love all the built in storage - the family have a house that they can live in for many happy years! May God bless their home and fill it with love, protection and His Holy Spirit!

I’ve been sharing your videos with my husband, I’ve watched so many school bus/ tiny house videos and for the most part, it felt that the children were an after thought- mostly school buses have bunk beds with a curtain and perhaps a drawer for their kids clothes, or with a tiny house it’s a loft which is crawl in and tends to be open to the living area and parents loft - often there seemed to be only one wardrobe and it had to fit all the families clothing!
Your design having three stand up lofts and four wardrobes is just incredible planning - I love the window seat/ desk option too! It’s amazingly creative! The bottom of the two bunk rooms could be a great office or nursery, or even a workspace for an artist. I love that it has the door and you easily have a pocket door on the top bunk too.

I love this lay out of course with some tweaks to make it my own like a Aqua Therapy Tub instead of a shower or normal tub, this would be amazing. I wouldn't have to climb a ladder to goto sleep and I can stand up in my bedroom to change clothes, this is a great floor plan. Being 6'2 I am always worried about not having head room in the lofts. Wonderful build guys.

Cute, could definitely utilize that empty space under the beds. I really like your build though.
The bathroom & 3rd bedroom are under the bed platforms. 6’8” head clearance.
Highly impractable 4 day to day living! No where to fold laundry,the step ups 4 bed is ok to get up but not get down-especially for adults. Adult bedroom has nowhere for nite lamp or c-pap or laundry. I want to hear from the family of 4 after a month of real living.

I absolutely love it how much does it cost ? The 3bdr bunkhouse deluxe is great, I would even love a 4bdr if you have one and I would stain all my wood.

Wait a second - the family in their reveal video said they paid a total of about $90k for this.
I just got a quote from your website of $136k for this same floorplan, except I took out the extended storage, and I left everything standard. So I'm wondering why the price is so different. Have material costs really gone up that much since you sold this house?

Can you fit side by side washer/ dryer in the bathroom?
I think this house got a combo unit but if you want side by side we will design it that way. Some customers get stackable. We are a totally custom builder so you can order whatever you want!

Yes - it's easiest with a 10' wide, but also possible with an 8.5' wide if you turn the head of the bed to the side wall.

If memory serves it's about 8' long

6’4” and shorter can stand up beside the bed and wardrobe.

Actually, it isn’t a bad post-COVID price, all in all…lots of storage, a laundry center and a triple axle trailer make it all worthwhile.
