The fact that Disney is smiling the entire time while he’s saying everything he’s saying is what *really* makes it creepy.
It's like an iceberg. On the top it's for the kids, families and happiness. But beneath the surface it's business
He also isn't blinking and has that deranged look in his eyes.
How tf is it creepy, people these days think everything is creepy
Just like he was in real life. Joey Drew is based on him, and copies him perfectly.

"Gaze upon my empire of joy" is just SO DARK!
It's like he's part of the DCU!
It may be dark, but it goes Hard Af, so does his entire verse actually
"Look upon my works ye mighty and rejoice"
It reminds me of Galadriel's line in Lord of the Rings, "All shall love me and despair."
After Disney finished it made you think if owning them ruined them?
Never has the spelling of “M-I-C-K-E-Y” been so alarming.

WALT DISNEY"S DEAD, HE DONT OWN SHIT NOW
Zumacast Is that why there wasn't a rebuttle to Disney?
"Stan don't be sad, we all have a time to go", made me wanna cry when I heard that. I miss you Stan Lee
Dude you're not lying
And still miss Jim Henson. Both were geniuses in their own ways.
Walt Disney fucked it all up but it going to be hard without you stan so in honor I am going to get a tattoo of him in there with a couple of my favorite hero's
Seth Little i wanted to cry
Whole mood
I saw this when it premiered and to this day Disney’s part still fills me with unexplainable rage. This one was one of the most powerful battles they’ve ever made.
Disney ruins everything they buy
Disney is corrupted by evil. If your first reaction to seeing Disney is rage, you've got a strong moral compass.
Are you subscribed to disney+?

I just realised: they don't even ask who won this episode.
That makes it even creepier.
this was supposed to be the last episode but they decided to make another season.
Yep, Disney owned it!
it's because it's a season finale video. none of those ask for a winner.
Emil Blix Wisborg YEAH AND WHO EVER SAYS THE LAST WORD IN EVERY ERB SEASON FINALE IS AUTOMATICALLY THE WINNER.
Emil Blix Wisborg NO MATTER WHAT. THE NINJA TURTLES WON AND DOMINATED THE SEASON 3 FINALE. AND, DISNEY WON, SUPREMELY DOMINATED AND OWNED THE ERB SEASON 4 FINALE. JUST LIKE DISNEY SUPREMELY DOMINATES AND SUPREMELY OWNS EPIC RAP BATTLES OF HISTORY, MAKER STUDIOS, EXISTENCE ITSELF, EVERYTHING, BASICALLY THE ENTIRE GLOBE AND ETC.
When Walt Disney showed up it was like discovering your childhood was the creation of a Sith Lord.
Disney=plaugius
+Michael Miley Disney > Plagius+Sidious
true
Walt Disney himself was okay. He actually wanted for several of his parks to be Chicago World's fair-type events. But then when he died, his company basically decided that that wouldn't make enough money, and changed most of his plans :(
+Andy Rockwell I actually don't know much about Walt Disney. I've seen a couple anti Nazi WW2 propaganda cartoons made by him here on TH-cam which I liked. So my opinion of him isn't a bad one so far. And anyone that wants to make an amusement park can't be that bad lol
If there is one of those things you really wish you could forget just to experience then again, this ERB has to be it. Disney's total dominion here is not even for debate, every bar was a scary heavy hitter one after the other. Every part of his performance gave me chill. "In fact I own this whole series" is such a meta flex too, considering that at the time Disney DID own ERB, and that ending with "Gaze upon my empire of joy!" followed by the instrumental ending is such a somber and amazing way to end the battle. There is no question of who won, nothing else to say, just absolute dominion by Disney owning everything and everyone involved, literally.
I’d say Jim won, but everything else in true.
“With only 3 circles I dominate the planet”
This one sent a shiver in my spine
Same Stalin. Why don't we hang out sometime in Stalingrad?

Why are you everywhere, and also how do you even get shivers? You’re Stalin

Seymour Vatt lmao yep
You are one to talk.
The Walt Disney part was legit scary how true and real it was.
I wouldn't call it "true and real". Certain parts are *exaggerated,* like the fact that Disney is a greedy company. That's not inherintly true; they need large profit to continue expanding their entertainment.
Okay ignore this, I was dumb two years ago. Some points still stand, but they definitely are greedy by virtue of being a multi-billion dollar company.
(shudders)

The second half of this isn't a rap battle.
It's a scary but realistic portrait of the modern Walt Disney company.
And I will always respect this one for that
Yeah when Walt graps both Stan and Jim to see his comercial empire of media you can feel how small you are against the giants
i wonder if walt disney was still alive (he would prolly sell his company by now but) if he was still soms how alive what would he think of the company he made?

I love how there was no need to ask "who won" at the end of this video. Walt came out and took no prisoners.
He took the whole show.
Well... he does own the whole series....
Well, all the finales didn't.
Fuck Walt , Jim Ruled They Just Did not Battle Him in Respect For Maker Studio's Which is Owned By Disney and
actually all Walt was Insult in The Notion of Capitalism of Entertainment Industries.
If I can recall correctly, season finales don't have "Who Won" in the end.
"The words you wove within the hearts of heroes are indelible." such a powerful line, especially after his passing.
He did indeed inspire generations of new heroes.
Stan Lee and Jim Henson:Have a nice ending to their rap

Walts’ bars are genuinely terrifying.
Zach really outdid himself with the creep factor, the constant smile and no blinking whatsoever was really unnerving.
Honestly even though it probably wouldn’t fit in I think Watsky would’ve helped kind a like counteract the scariness of a Zack’s particular versus in this.
His face was almost...
frozen
And yet the Disney monster of Today is in many ways directly opposed to the vision Walt had...
and it makes it even more terrifying that those lyrics are truly how peter and lloyd felt about disney especially while both were working under maker studio aka disney digital. and mind you this was in 2015. since then disney has grown even more horrifyingly big to the point of them being in my opinion the future new world order. and ironically stan lee is easily the biggest factor as to why disney has gotten the power to literally take over the planet within this last decade
@@thegameplayer125 That's not ironic

@@sedovt they still are it's just maker studios has a new name.

Can I call you Bana?
I think the "with only 3 circles I dominate the planet" is more terrifying, but still a great line
Yea
As terrifying as your PFP?
It sounds like something Liberty Prime would say
2:49 is such an underrated verse, it truly shows how powerful some companies can be. Mind boggling to think how true the fact is with how they actually dominate the planet with just 3 circles, eerie how he never blinks as well. ERB did an amazing job with their personification of Disney
Wait, you know Walt Disney was a real person right? The actor here isn't playing a personification of the company. He's playing Walt Disney, the founder of the company.
@@SunlightGwyn no He is the personification Of the company with the likness of Walt. My Father Knew Walt and He wasnt this cruel or hostle. The company after his death on the other hand...
@@Zecer00 Your father has some pretty rose-tinted glasses; Walt was a fanatic for his art, willing to grind to dust anyone who got in the way of it. He created a virtually-sovereign state inside of Florida to run his company as he wished, without pesky governmental labour laws. EPCOT was intended to be a 'company town' where all his employees and their families would live so he could have control over them in perpetuity.
A passionate man, but still one with fanatical fervour that did MUCH ILL to his overworked employees.
The Disney company just kept sailing along the course Walt had set, after he died. And in point of fact, decades of outside influence and different visions from the subsequent 'monarchs' have resulted in 'The Mouse' softening compared to what Walt would've wanted.
@@SunlightGwynyes, Zach is playing a personification of Disney as Walt

Nah it is though ik it's kinda "haha Disney owns ___" but it's a real problem. Like bro they own so much and do so little with it all
i like how Kermit leaves when stan and jim no longer have any beef
One might say he was only there for the tea.
@@TheAmityElf Well played 👍
Maybe he's a secret agent sended by Disney to make them fight so that they could earn money from selling tickets to the fight. So when they stopped fighting Mickey just yeeted Kermit since he failed he's job which was making them fight for eternity
I guess you could say they no longer had any frog too...
@@LifetimeTechnec Holy crap thats actually a very good idea. Once Stan and Jim recognized that Jim was dead and that its painful Kermit went away to go to Disney. Disney also didn't own Kermit and company until well after Jim had died. I wouldn't say Kermit was a secret agent but Kermit himself also realized that it was time to let go of Jim now that he is dead just like Jim had said to Stan right before Kermit left. Kermit went to Disney and Walt promptly bought both Marvel and The Muppets.
First time seeing this one, and it was just scary thinking how "joy" is manufactured on an assemblyline. Disney didnt win the battle, he just bought it.
That’s true but it’s only half the picture though, they buy out the stories but the stories come from humans in general. Yea it’s shitty sometimes, but it also has some collective wisdom contained within them. Disney can try and mess with it and maybe even succeed sometimes but there are stories that still hold within them meaning.
The winner is the announcer at the end with his "Eeeppicc..piccc raaarapp..ba ba ba.."
Yep! Well let's give it up! for D.C. comics! still dark and gritty, NOT bought by DISNEY! YES!
@SESolutionsEngineering DC doesn't suck. Their movie adaptations are what suck 🤣🤣 DC has some of the most popular Heroes/Villains' ever
Walt Disney: NOW LOOK AT IT!!! >:D
The fact there is no “who won” is terrifying
I think the winner is clear...
Kermit!
In the rap,Walt Disney won.But in real the are died.
That’s because the winner was obviously Pompey
ERB guys just prefer to stay alive.
They never ask who won on the last battle of the season. Go check!
Honestly seeing this erb at 22 years of age and living 2024 it honestly is the one that has made me cry the most, (i grew up with erb sidenote)
And also revisiting all of them in a nonspecific order rn, and though I love the other, this one made me actually she's tears
If Jim Henson's death is like watching a beautiful sunset at noon, then Stan Lee's death is like watching a beautiful sunset at noon... the next day.
how do you watch a sunset at noon
Brah it's more like watching an awesome summer day at winter time
Well if 95 is to early then jim henson's death is like banging a girl *WITHOUT VIAGRA*

But the question is does anyone remember Jack Kirby?
Did you know: Disney owns 29% of the world, the other 71% is water
I too watch Scott the Woz
😨😨😨
*Disney buys waterworld*
I disliked cuz 71% is Disney 21% is pewdiepie supporters
My boy Nemo disagrees.
Tom Scott sends his regards.
That was genuinely touching for a second there... before it got real dark :/
Yeah Walt does that
True
+John Bainbridge they ruined the video with walt
ultimategamer11567
Interrupted it, yes. Ruined it?... They did make a valid point about corporatization ruining creative freedom. It was not what I was expecting, and not really pleasant, but it was true. Sometimes the truth sucks.
+John Bainbridge Honestly, they were pretty nice to Stan. Much of what they implied about Disney they could have legitimately accused Stan of. Kirby wasn't the only guy who made accusations against him.
I love how Jim and Stan weren't truly angry at each other. Stan apologizes for his disses and talks about how he misses Jim and is sad he was gone to soon. And Jim forgave him so quickly and said how the legacy the two of them had made will always be their to make others happy. These two were truly creative and amazing men, and it's tragic that they had to leave this earth, they will be remembered for the people they inspired and their amazing work. Rip Stan and Jim, I hope you continue to create amazing stories in the afterlife.
And then Walt appears.
Dang, I didn’t know Deadpool was so sentimental. And so well-versed
They actually worked together on electric company
And now they're hanging out together in heaven
Then everything changed when the Disney nation came in and attacked
This doesn't deserve 1m views....it deserves 1b views. We love ya Stan Lee.

Stan: the best lines
Jim: the truest lines
Walt: Best flow

Nah Stan Lee as a puppet won
oh sorry forgot to count that in
No the winner is obviously Pompey
How could anyone say Stan had the best lines in this rap battle?
"M-I-C - I rock the mic properly
K-E-Y - Turning prophets I got the key"
"I'm the Disneyland-lord of your intellectual property."
"Labor conditions in my shop - I don't sweat 'em"
"I'm powerful enough to make a mouse gigantic, with only three circles I dominate the planet, clearly there's nobody near me, I'm owning this battle, in fact I own this whole series"
I mean it's not flow the best wordplay in the video comes when Disney drops in.
True
"The four will always be fantastic, The Hulk will always be incredible."
R.I.P Stan Lee
Note how there was no "who won?" Almost as if to say, there is a very definable winner in this battle, and can have no argument, because one person is in control.
they never have the "who won? who's next? You Decide!" in season finales, look back
Its a song, Not a Rocket Science Honors class, CHILL!
Well, this series teaches you to over-analyze everything, and I think it's great they didn't add a "Who won?" even if it was a season finale.
Deep
and terrifying......
I regularly rewatch this and still tear up when Stan talks about missing Jim. It’s even sadder now since Stan is gone too.
Walt was genuinely terrifying in this battle.... not even kidding...
No winners here; only survivors!
Uh Yes... holey Jesus!
he was, he even supported the Nazi party.
@@mellowlink1215 I don't know for sure so don't take my word for it but apparently he didn't know it was an anti semitic group but supported that party because he didn't like communists and it was anti communist

Walt Disney: "Clearly there's nobody near me I'm owning this battle in fact I own this whole series!"
ERB: "Not anymore we're independent now!"
Disney owned it at the time so it's still relevant.

@@sunshinepurple1043 Hmm..... why is the Musk vs Zuck battle back now?
he plays walt so well and disney has so much content.
This is the darkest battle ever...and we had 2 serial killers in a battle
+Masta Shot
Hannibal Lecter and Jack the Ripper
What
+Wot with Finn this is the darkest video even though we had two serial killers
Ok then... .
lmao
Yeah it got really dark and deep this one.
Something I just noticed is that there isn’t a “Who won? Who’s next?” Because Walt won automatically, and we don’t get to choose anything anymore.
HA I like scaring myself
Very astute observation!!!! I think this is the only video like that! Great catch!!!
The reason why there wasn't a "Who won? Who's next?", I think, was because this was the seast finale. Usually this is how the finales end.
This shit to much because 1 man basically if you think about owns all that and cares more about money more than anything over anything yea there are others involved but he is the main reason
Ever watched the other season finales?
I think it's because a Disney subsidiary bought ERB a few years ago.
2024. I'm checking in. Nothing has changed. I'll check back in another few years.
Only Disney can be as terrifying as Oppenheimer, if not more.

Walt Disney: lol no
Yea Walt couldn’t make it happen. At first all of us were like “wow this ended so well...” but now all of them are gone sow we would never hear from em’ again.
@@kora9732 True but you gotta remember that this 'Walt' is a personafication of the Disney company, not actually Walt. It's kinda why he's always smiling and yelling: he's the hollowed out version of the man used to rep the company. Also why his voice has an echo: it's the voice of the CEOs.
Schane Flowers The plot thickens
Schane Flowers Walt Disney was a jackass look it up on why he was an old wrinkly dick
@Richard Ashendale Walt was a terrible person, but in the same rap battle they state that Disney owns ERB. I doubt Disney would be cool with those mentions of his character in the video, which may also be why they made Walt come in at the end with no rebuttle opprotunity for Stan or Jim.
Generic 'evil corporate' persona is flexible and harmless to their brand because most people aren't aware of Disney's history stealing animation, horrible labor practices, and the sheer AMOUNT of companies they own. It was the safest way to drag him by making 'Walt' look like a winner. In a way where everyone kinda loses.
