My 87 y.o. neighbor has been getting a lot of pain in the back of his knees. He's still really active (climbing ladders & building things in his shop, etc.) so he's not a super-sedentary type person. He's just getting up there in years! Could something like this be beneficial for older people? I imagine he could manage the 1st and 3rd (the rest look like they require more balance and/or strength than he could probably manage). Any other recommendations for someone like him? Thanks! PS: I'm still using some of your pelvic realignment exercises and they have done more good than several months (and a couple grand!) of chiropractor visits!

Following the first steps here to massage behind the knee has instantly improved the situation. It no longer feels stretched and tight when I fully extend my leg or twist it inwards. I was having so much pain after the gym. I couldn't stretch my legs out. Couldn't even walk Straight. Did only the first exercise and I'm able to walk with minimum pain! Still in disbelief!
    Thank you sm!!!!

Used the techniques briefly and found great relief. Strangely found that i think my knee pain has to do with my funky, clicking hip. I believe i have heard that there is a connection between hip issues and knee issues. Thoughts?

Hello! Fantastic tutorial, thank you. I'm going to try these out tonight before bed and hope one of them helps because the pain I get is insane and I still don't know what has caused this over the years.
I do have one question. How many times per day should i do this exercise please?

I got injured from the popliteus muscle from trying to dunk a basketball I came in with to much speed and it’s like my knees bucked and then I couldn’t jump again I had trouble bending my knee or even going up the stairs. I just started using these exercises and massages and they have helped it’s been about 8 days after my injury and it’s feeling better especially icing my knee has helped.

Thanks for the video. It helped me to get relief from leg pain which I was suffering from for almost a month . I tried few knee exercises after watching other channels' videos which gave relief for few moments but this one is amazing. My pain has not returned after applying first two options yesterday night and I can now see that the calf muscles which became tight are now showing softness.
