I found this golden nugget of balance work today. I really got a good workout for my balancing using this video.
I’m 62 years old and my balance has been going downhill since I was 50. I realized how much I was falling and losing balance and realized that I needed work on it now. I hope I’ll find more of your balancing videos. Thank you.🙏

firstly , i would like to thank you for this amazing video ,, im suffering a pain in my both knees' joints 5 month ago affect on my balance and cant stand normally on my legs it these exercise will help me and strength my joint to stand normally :( im 32 mobile network engineer and thank God that i work from office not field engineer . appreciate your feedback. thanks again for your amazing video :)

I am a TBI survivor who (temporarily) lost her ability to independently walk, and the #1 preventer to me being able to walk without having to hold onto anything is MY BALANCE!!!!!!! 😤🤕 I can't stand without holding onto something for the life of me! I'm currently discharged from therapy, so I do this exercise SO MUCH during my time at home!!!

I just discovered your videos and they are amazing! Exactly what I've been looking for as I work to strengthen my body and get rid of joint and muscle pain. Do you have any suggestions for strengthening wrists and/or modifying some moves for someone with wrist pain? I suffered a repetitive motion injury on both wrists several years ago, and now I work an office job which gives me carpal tunnel. Moves where I'm directly putting pressure on my wrists, like push-ups and planks, really hurts them. Any suggestions?
I'm sorry about your wrist pain! Wrists can usually improve once the shoulder girdle is strengthened, so I would try some of my arm strengthening workouts using weights that don't hurt your wrists. You can also modify by doing planks on your elbows or even on your fists. Good luck!
hey Jessica, i have done your stretches for scholiosis and it was a real big help . I was wondering if you could recommend a routine designed for older woman (61) with scoliosis and a balance issue due to cerebral palsy who has not really exercised ever?

I highly enjoyed your video. I have braces on both legs, they prevent me from rocking forward (unfortunately I can't do ankle lifts) One thing I have noticed if I force my moves, I get more off balance. Do these exercise's work in a pool?
