I am interested in this video Jessica. I am 3 years out from a total right hip replacement (as well as scoliosis on the right). Do you think it would be beneficial and should I do this daily? My hip does occasionally bother me so I modify as I can.
Thank you for doing these videos. I've been exercising and looking at Pilates or Yoga, but it's hard with Scoliosis. I feel I can at least do it correctly with these videos.
I've had Scoliosis for a few years. I'm 70 yrs old. It is very painful, and I can't walk very far because of the pain. I've been told that there is nothing that I can do about it. BUT, I just followed along with this video, and it felt wonderful!!! I'm so grateful to you Jessica, for teaching me that I can still exercise! I'm hoping that if I do this every day, I will be able to go for walks again!!
@@lindafriedel2552 You are welcome, sweet lady! There is actually a photo of a video on TH-cam of an elderly woman with a totally rounded back, and after daily yoga her posture is perfect!

I accepted the fact that at 74 I would just have to deal with my back and hip pain after 6 weeks of physical therapy only made things worse for me. I had done one of Jessica's workouts previously, but decided to do it again. And again. And after doing it daily for a week, I felt that I had gotten my life back. I was able to go up and down stairs without pain. I could bend over and pick things off the floor! I could walk my dog, all without pain. The best part is Jessica's wonderful positive attitude. It's great to know that it's okay if I can't get all the way over on one side! I can easily find the time to do a 17 minute workout every day. Thank you.
Day 1! I am 15 years old and I have been diagnosed with scoliosis since I was 10. I have tried a lot of ways to minimize my back pain and different stretches for it. After watching this video, my back feels amazing! Tysm for helping me, and all the others watching this video, with my back pain!

I have suffered with scoliosis for 35 years after being diagnosed at the age of 15, I have had chronic pain on a daily basis and have been under chiropractic care to keep me going. Even though my curve has never required surgery, I have seen it glaring back at me several times during various points of my life in x-rays. At 25, I dealt with the very painful consequences of a love for running when my rib cage actually started to separate. Even though chiropractic helped me heal and get relief from that situation, the ribs on my left side will never be the same. Today was my 5th straight day of doing these stretching exercises and it is making a difference. When I turned my head while checking traffic this morning on my way to work, my neck actually turned normally in a fluid motion without stiffness or popping. I actually feel more stable without all of the tightness in my muscles, and my spine does not feel compressed. This is the best I have felt in a long time, and I am so thankful that I finally committed myself to doing this every morning.
My body has been asymmetrical for years. I constantly lean to the right side, causing my shoulders, ribs, and hips to be misaligned with the left side. Although I haven't consulted a doctor yet, I have had this condition since childhood. I came across a comment on a video recommending your channel. After trying it yesterday, I immediately noticed a difference in my tight right hip 🥹. Even while sleeping, I no longer feel the tightness. Today marks my second day, and I aim to practice this daily. Your guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hi Jessica I'm 13 and I've been diagnosed with scoliosis a year ago I've been doing your exercises for scoliosis and they've really helped me with my back pain Next month I will go on holiday and I will be surrounded by many people (its a group holiday) and l won't find time to do these exercise I would kindly ask you to make standing scoliosis exercises and stretches if it is possible (if not no problem) Thank you so much 😊
I have lived with scoliosis for more than 8 years, I feel the pain everyday, feel like it's killing me slowly, especially when I am stress and tired, can't say how pain the lower back pain is. Nobody would understand the pain. Until I found this video last week and started it for 15 minutes everyday. The lower back pain decrease a little by little, I feel my back muscle better. I will keep doing this workout everyday. She is really amazing, she explains every move very detail. Thanks a lot Jessica. Hello from Indonesia 🇮🇩 (Sorry if my English is bad).
i'm 20 yrs old, i have been diagnosed with scoliosis in my 15 and my doctor told me that i have to just accept it and live with it, even tho its not visible, but it really hurts every time when i get mad or holding something heavy i suffer for days and cry a lot, cause seeing my friends doing those normal stuffs while i'm suffering from this horrible pain really hurts, but i'm dealing with it and someone who's special to me courage me to do those exercises, and it really helps. Thank you sm you helped a lot of ppl!!!!?
So glad I found your videos on scoliosis. I’m 70 years old , practice yoga and am active but have noticed unless it’s keep my back muscles and core strong I’m in pain. I love your approach and will continue with your recommendations. Thank you!
I’ve been diagnosed with moderate scoliosis and are working on getting a brace at the age of 11 years old, I have much anxiety about not really knowing all of the answers considering not many doctors know much about scoliosis. But doing something’s small like these exercises daily is really helping my mindset that even the little things like this may help to make a difference! Thank you!
Hi, omg we are the same age! I’ve been scrolling through the comments for a while and now I’ve finally found so one my age. I also have scoliosis and also have moderate to severe scoliosis. We are very similar! One request I have is if you can tell me if your scoliosis has improved from doing these exercises, it’s really emotional being told that I have to get surgery so I could really use some hope.
I’m 23 years old with some pretty major scoliosis, and working is super hard because of the pain. I just tried this video and it kinda feels so refreshing! I’m going to try to remember to do this every day to regain mobility up until my possible surgery. Thank you for this, I’ll be back with updates!
this routine works for me so well. my scoliosis wasnt really visible, mostly that from one profile I seemed wider and my shoulder blades were kinda wierd. I tried many exercises MOSTLY for shoulder blades just to be disappointed. I've been doing this workout for about 2 weeks now and I see major improvement
I've been in pain since my teen years, and stopped doing my exercises because i wasn't really taught how to do them and what to feel, so i ended up hurting myself even more. Recently i was encouraged to start doing them again and i found your channel. It's definitely helping my muscles get their strenght back and even when i ran back home yesterday because i forgot something, it didn't take a toll on me like it would have even last week. Thank you so much for your work ❤
@@okaykatee hi, does your posture improve after years of consistency? or only the pain relief?, because my problem only the posture, thankfully not suffering pain
heyy !! im 14 years old and have scoliosis, which kinda sucks; and i struggle to pay attention to other stretching videos, as i find them too long and tedious. however, i recently came across this and it is soo helpful !! compared to other exercises, i feel motivated to do this workout, and i can properly fell my back stretching in a way it hasn't previously. overall, i just want to say tysm for this it's been very helpful :))
Have you looked into getting a brace? Since you're still growing I think that could be very important. Most doctors will only see surgery as the only treatment but a lot of people think braces help
Omg, I’m 15 and I have scoliosis as well, i feel good that I finally can relate to someone young and with scoliosis, I hate when people ask me why one of my shoulders is a bit higher that the other one JAJAKJSKSJKS but this vídeos has helped me with the postured, love you and I hope your doing well 😽😽😽
My back has really been hurting more than usual from moving into a new house and lifting heavy stuff (I have 2 curves that go different ways). I don't really take tylenol or anything so I was just sitting here in pain and came across this video and I'm so glad! Finally some relief, that feels so much better. I get up at 5am and will be back here to do this again first thing in the morning!
This video has brought me so much relief, and has helped me work on my strength, in the exact areas I need to. As I’m sure many can relate, thru the years; I’ve gone to many doctors, many specialists, chiro, I was even addicted to pain medication (clean for 15 years!!!), but never sure real answers or long term relief. This last pain “crisis” lasted almost 10 weeks. It was so bad, I couldn’t get out of bed, I couldn’t drive for more than 10 minutes because sitting up hurt my ribs and back so much. Finally, after more testing and an MRI, I was told I indeed have scoliosis. Apparently my dr thought I already knew this. 🥺. Now that I know, I’m taking things into my own hands. I’ve been researching, reading, trying different stretches etc. I found this video, and it’s the very best one I’ve ever tried. I moved every part of my body that needed to, without causing horrible pain…. I love how you explain each movement, and what it does for scoliosis. I’ve done it every day for 2 weeks, and I’m finally feeling some relief! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to make this for people like me….. it looks like you’ve blessed many of us already, and will continue to. I will graduate to the full scoliosis work out soon! Thanks again and again! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻✨🍓🌻🍓🌻🍓🌻🌻🙏🏻
I really appreciate how accessible your exercises are : I struggle to find time but the ease with which you flow through the routines & the “bite-size” offerings bring me to my mat more consistently than something overly ambitious. Thank you. 😊💚
Thank you so much for sharing your scoliosis exercises. Everyday I tried to do exercises as you shown in the video. I did the exercises every morning , but sometime I cannot fine your video exercises. I am 70 years old suffering from scoliosis. I have S and C curve. God bless.
I just found this scoliosis workout video. I was born with scoliosis and I had surgery at age 18, and had Harrington rods placed on my spine on both sides of the middle section of my spine. I’m now 48 years old and in a lot of pain. Praying 🙏 these videos will help me out. Thank You 😊
I enjoy your work out for scoliosis. I also haveBURSITIS,osteoporosis and LUPUS.I HAVE PAIN ALL OVER MY BODY.I ENJOY YOUR WORKOUT TODAY IS MY FIRST WORKOUT WITH YOU. I WAS BORN WITH scoliosis. I was 23 years old when I found out about SCOLIOSIS. And NOW IM 66 years old.
I love your gentle and patient approach. Many precautions you mentioned were right on target and I could relate to what you were referring to. I was feeling “yucky” all day and decided to do your scoliosis video. It made a big difference and I felt better the rest of the day. Again, your slow, patient approach was very helpful and I appreciate your empathy for those of us who’re suffering.
Thank you for this. Never have come across anyone doing excercises modified for this condition and acknowledging the difficulties for ppl with scoliosis in doing certain excercises. Really appreciated
Day 1 and i can already feel like my back is relaxed. I didn't realize i was so stiff til i tried this workout. Hahahahaha! I will try to do this everyday and update you of the progress. Thank you for this! (Sorry for my bad english)
I got diagnosed with scoliosis in the 4th grade, wore a backbrace in middle school. I'm in lawschool now studying day in day out and shit my back has never hurt more. Typing writing reading ugh I haven't exercised for months and I'm getting fat. Its time to get back in shape
I'm 31 year old male tradie and I've had problems with my back for so long I've been doing this for a month and it's made my numb leg go away and my back pain and hip pain thanks Jessica !
Jessica... I am 35 with a scoliosis curvature(s) classified as severe. I did just two of your videos today... I'm already noticing a difference and I'm mind blown. I don't even know how to properly describe the bodily awareness this has given me and the light bulb that went off in my head as I felt muscle groups activated that I otherwise typically never think about. This finally helped me wrap my mind around what's going on inside my body and what I can do to strengthen it... rather than centering all my movements around trying to avoid the pain or "stretch" the pain away.
I am delighted with the results achieved using your exercises. After four days of daily exercises my back muscles are not hard, contracted lumps but soft and flexible…and pain free. Thank you!
have been diagnosed with scoliosis as an adolescent. After giving birth and gaining weight i have noticed at times tremendous pain in my lower back. Often looking in the mirror I feel insecure about my curve , thru prayer and my doctors advice I started to look up different back stretches i can do to relieve the pain. Wow first time and my back muscles feel so loose. its great i look forward to regularly incorporating this in my day.
DAY 3 of doing this ruitine: I feel my spine became more flexible. Less clicking and sticky points, less back and neck pain. Thanks for this video ❤ P.s. stay tuned for update about routine results!
Thank you so much for this -- ive had severe scoliosis since ten years old and its still actively developing. This felt amazing. I will be doing this consistently. Much love to you from Michigan ❤️
What a wonderful workout! I was diagnosed with scoliosis later in life and I've become so inactive and stiff. This workout feels so good and relaxing! It loosens me up and I'm walking with much less of a limp! Thank you, Jessica!!!
I'm in the same boat. My curve has lead to sciatica, foot numbness, one hip higher at 53. I'm really hoping this workout will help me to. Thank you Jessica!!
@@JessicaValantPilates I have to say, after doing this for over a month now, I am able to go up and down stairs, which was terribly painful for me to do before. I still have some work to do, but my family has noticed the change in me, such as how much better I am moving. I can't believe how quick I can walk now, too! My hips feel so much better as well! Thanks again, Jessica!!!
SM, I am enlightened with your Comments. I'm 71 YO, and posted all my Maladies in the general comments. I hurt from head to Toe. What people do not realize is that Scoliosis ( I have Dextroscoliosis of 25 degrees amongst a number of other problems), Curves the Spine , BUT it also TWISTS the Spine!! As one Spinal surgeon I visited with at Mt. Sinai in NYC told me, many doctors count Scoliosis "short". The twisting and curves can affect the Nerves that exit the spinal canal that feed the various organs of the Body. My spinal issues are causing lots of havoc with my well being, pinching various nerves which also Affect Your Psyche !!
Thank you so so much for this wonderful video ! I'm a month into doing this workout several times a week after doing another workout and I already feel such much less pain in my everyday life and my posture has improved a lot 🥰
These exercises have helped me so much, i've had difficulty breathing because of my scoliosis, i've been doing these exercises for the past 2 weeks every day and my breathing problems are almost gone, thank you

Thank you, Thank you! I was just diagnose with Scoliosis after experiencing back pain for a few months. There were signs but I was still surprised! I had stopped doing yoga due to family obligations and can feel the weakness that is more than likely contributing to the pain. I'm 59 and really liked your gentle movement to begin strengthening my back and core, and I'm so happy I found your videos!

Thankyou for this video! I was diagnosed with scoliosis at 62. Severe case. Last week I did the brace. This week the video! I'm feeling young again. I can still excersize again!!
This video is amazing. I felt the difference after one session. No one had ever told me to check I was breathing into both lungs before. Now I am aware if I I can feel myself leaving to the left more (I normally lean to the right), in a natural way that doesn’t make me feel like I’m falling over.
I'm glad I found this video...I really like the stretches ...I've accepted my scoliosis for years but trying to use inversion to correct it...this is a great addition..I appreciate your calmness and the way you conduct this workout...thank you .
I am so grateful that I discovered Jessica's channel about six months ago when I was searching for hip pain/bursitis relief. That has healed but now I am moving on to your pilates routines for scoliosis, which was diagnosed about 5 years ago. It has been so helpful! I love the short routines yet you pack a lot in for the time.I am more likely to roll out my mat regularly as a result. Many thanks!
I have had Scoliosis since childhood. I am in my 60's and I have been doing this workout for a few years before my other workouts as part of my warm up. I don't even know if I have scoliosis, but I am sure I have back problems, so I added this to my routine. I feel so much relief afterwards. Same goes for the other pilates videos I follow from Ms. Jessica. I always look forward to doing them instead of dreading to "work out". Thank you for the free educational videos!
Usually if you or anyone tell you walk unevenly like one shoulder is down while the other is up. Or the hip movement is uneven when walking. There will be tension on one side more than the other when doing these exercises.

In a few months, I'm gonna update you guys as I’m gonna start doing these exercises everyday. Three years ago, I was told my scoliosis was stable at 34 degrees and that I could stop checkups but continue wearing my brace. Now that I'm 18, I'm really unhappy with how asymmetric my body looks.

I wont be able to do some of them due to being a big (meaning weight) girl. but I should be able to do most of them.
How are you doing now?
My body has been asymmetrical for years. I constantly lean to the right side, causing my shoulders, ribs, and hips to be misaligned with the left side. Although I haven't consulted a doctor yet, I have had this condition since childhood. I came across a comment on a video recommending your channel. After trying it yesterday, I immediately noticed a difference in my tight right hip 🥹. Even while sleeping, I no longer feel the tightness. Today marks my second day, and I aim to practice this daily. Your guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hi Jessica I'm 13 and I've been diagnosed with scoliosis a year ago
I've been doing your exercises for scoliosis and they've really helped me with my back pain
Next month I will go on holiday and I will be surrounded by many people (its a group holiday) and l won't find time to do these exercise
I would kindly ask you to make standing scoliosis exercises and stretches if it is possible (if not no problem)
Thank you so much 😊
I have lived with scoliosis for more than 8 years, I feel the pain everyday, feel like it's killing me slowly, especially when I am stress and tired, can't say how pain the lower back pain is.
Hello from Indonesia 🇮🇩
(Sorry if my English is bad).
i've just discovered that i have scoliosis in my 20s. thank u for ur videos! ur videos really help me. hope u r always healthy n happy 🤍
i'm 20 yrs old, i have been diagnosed with scoliosis in my 15 and my doctor told me that i have to just accept it and live with it, even tho its not visible, but it really hurts every time when i get mad or holding something heavy i suffer for days and cry a lot, cause seeing my friends doing those normal stuffs while i'm suffering from this horrible pain really hurts, but i'm dealing with it and someone who's special to me courage me to do those exercises, and it really helps.
Thank you so much for your work ❤
OMG.. we love an updated scoliosis routine!!!! I've been doing your other video for the past 2-3 years!! :) sooo good!!! literally life changing!
I'm so glad!
Cc
Same here!! Been doing the other video for like 4 years now and just found this new one and love it!! :)
@@okaykatee hi, does your posture improve after years of consistency? or only the pain relief?, because my problem only the posture, thankfully not suffering pain
hi, does your posture improve after years of consistency? or only the pain relief?, because my problem only the posture, thankfully not suffering pain
heyy !! im 14 years old and have scoliosis, which kinda sucks; and i struggle to pay attention to other stretching videos, as i find them too long and tedious. however, i recently came across this and it is soo helpful !! compared to other exercises, i feel motivated to do this workout, and i can properly fell my back stretching in a way it hasn't previously. overall, i just want to say tysm for this it's been very helpful :))
Have you looked into getting a brace? Since you're still growing I think that could be very important. Most doctors will only see surgery as the only treatment but a lot of people think braces help
Omg, I’m 15 and I have scoliosis as well, i feel good that I finally can relate to someone young and with scoliosis, I hate when people ask me why one of my shoulders is a bit higher that the other one JAJAKJSKSJKS but this vídeos has helped me with the postured, love you and I hope your doing well 😽😽😽
@@urfavluna777 hi I'm 15 and I have scoliosis too your not alone!

@@cottoncloudzzzme 3 🙂 whats your curve ?!
Thank you. 😊💚
That's great to hear!
Thank you so much for sharing your scoliosis exercises. Everyday I tried to do exercises as you shown in the video. I did the exercises every morning , but sometime I cannot fine your video exercises.
I am 70 years old suffering from scoliosis. I have S and C curve.
God bless.
I can’t thank you enough for this video!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Even for 18 minutes, my back feels better, pain is relieved, and I feel normal.
I just found this scoliosis workout video. I was born with scoliosis and I had surgery at age 18, and had Harrington rods placed on my spine on both sides of the middle section of my spine. I’m now 48 years old and in a lot of pain. Praying 🙏 these videos will help me out. Thank You 😊
One of the best vids for scoliosis, my ribs hurt me so much and this video helped loosen them up really well
I enjoy your work out for scoliosis.
Как вы? how are you?
Thanks, you removed my backpain.
I'll do this everyday.
Thank you so much!! I am 17 and have uneven hips and I felt relieved after the stretches!! ❤️
I got diagnosed with scoliosis in the 4th grade, wore a backbrace in middle school. I'm in lawschool now studying day in day out and shit my back has never hurt more. Typing writing reading ugh I haven't exercised for months and I'm getting fat. Its time to get back in shape
Thanks for this video. I'm from Philippines. Early diagnose at the age of 30. It feels me comfortable .
I'm 31 year old male tradie and I've had problems with my back for so long I've been doing this for a month and it's made my numb leg go away and my back pain and hip pain thanks Jessica !
That's great!
I just knew yesterday that I have scoliosis.. I am grateful for this type of video. it helps a lot
Thanks for this video ❤
P.s. stay tuned for update about routine results!
Thank you so much for this -- ive had severe scoliosis since ten years old and its still actively developing. This felt amazing. I will be doing this consistently. Much love to you from Michigan ❤️
i feel immediately better after the stretch. Thanks.
Thank you so much It’s being 1 Week of doing this exercise and I already feel like I can breath better
What a wonderful workout! I was diagnosed with scoliosis later in life and I've become so inactive and stiff. This workout feels so good and relaxing! It loosens me up and I'm walking with much less of a limp! Thank you, Jessica!!!
You're so welcome!
Love that we ended where we began! That really enabled me to feel the progress from this gift of a workout💗 Thank you😌
You're so welcome!
These exercises have helped me so much, i've had difficulty breathing because of my scoliosis, i've been doing these exercises for the past 2 weeks every day and my breathing problems are almost gone, thank you
can i ask you how many degrees is your curve? i have breathing problems as well due to scoliosis and my left lower side hurts a lot, i feel like my spine is pressuring onto my muscles im scared of having muscle inflammation ill start doing these exerxrses hoping they help.
Amazing! I haven’t been able to move much for 4 days but this brought much relief and gave me encouragement to not allow the pain to keep me from moving! Thank you Jessica!!
Have had scoliosis since 13
Was on pain killers constantly
I’m 56 now & been following Jessica since lockdown, she is Amazing , very clear & easy to follow . I have had no pain killers for over a year now
I’m so grateful to Jessica
this was really emotional for me but I made it through
Very proud of you! Keep going sweetie 🤍✨
Stay strong, your beautiful inside and out. 💕
Its emotional for us all girl
Same here! Glad you pushed through it
encouraging you to keep trying, today is my first time.
Thankyou for this video! I was diagnosed with scoliosis at 62. Severe case. Last week I did the brace. This week the video! I'm feeling young again. I can still excersize again!!
I’m 62 and have had scoliosis since I was 14. I tried these stretches and can’t believe how much it helped my pain.
This routine plays a big role in my spine health. If I skip it for a few days I feel it. I am so pleased as to how this routine keeps me pain free. Thank you Jessica
That's great to hear!
I'm 42yrs old and it's just pain all over my back. This exercise feels very nice. Can you give more videos and even more workout to shape bodies for scoliosis. Thanks so much
I don't even know if I have scoliosis, but I am sure I have back problems, so I added this to my routine.
I been doing these exercises everyday,l like it because you go through all the moves ,so easy to follow.❤
Hello Jessica, I'm a 30 year old and have scoliosis. I'm really glad I found your videos. I feel a bit relieved after the stretches to finish my days
Wr same i have a thoracic scoliosis . Everyday i feel pain
This helps my back immediately - thank you. I can feel the difference from the first twist (painful) to the last (much more comfortable)
I am 19 years old , the first time of doing your exercise video I felt something snap in my low back spine , I felt relief after 3 years no pt thank you so very much 😊
Really nice! I can feel blood flow in my backyard, feels great! I've had scoliosis for decades but it never bothered me until I stopped going to yoga class when covid hit. I'm 74 and it's gotten pretty bad but I'm loving this video! Thank you❤❤❤
In a few months, I'm gonna update you guys as I’m gonna start doing these exercises everyday. Three years ago, I was told my scoliosis was stable at 34 degrees and that I could stop checkups but continue wearing my brace. Now that I'm 18, I'm really unhappy with how asymmetric my body looks.
Dear Jessica,
I just wanted to appreciate you and this video, you have turned my life around introduced me to body awareness opened up my body and mind. I was afraid when the times comes I will be the kind of husband who cant lift up his wife, a father who cant play with his kids because of backpain, WELL AFTER DOING YOUR EXERCISES FOR A MONTH I CAN SAY YOU´VE GIVEN ALL THAT BACK TO ME:
THANK YOU :) SORRY FOR LONG COMMENT:
I love your class more each day, it calms me down. One month before my accident I was doing ballet, have been for 35 years. I get frustrated but you keep me calm. My right hand is crushed and can not be fixed. Ballet out, but yoga is in. Thank you, MARTI Fogel.
I'm 60 and fit but watched my mom crumble with osteoporosis and scoliosis- I LOVE your videos and already feel a difference in my mobility. Thank you!
I love 💖YoU
Im having accident in 2019 I fell of my bike, in high velocity. Results 3broken ribs and broken collarbone. I spend a week in hospital, then I must absolve 2 surgery, when the doctors use wire to tight and hold collarbone. After a year second surgery they pull the wire out. I came back to work, everything was fine and I work on my mobility doing workouts visiting gym ect. A month ago I have terrible pain in lower back, am doing cold showers regularly about 2years Wim Hof breathing after cold shower I could not walk... Again I must imidiately return to hospital they gave me shot injection to reduce pain and medicine. They warn me, about shift in my spine and problem with scioliosis. I found out your videos and doing these exercise Daily it help me a lot! You are wonderful 🌷

This work out is the best... I'm Dx with scoliosis but after doing this workout my back pain has relief hope to see more scoliosis exercise videos
You are by far the best instructor I’ve found, I am completely new to yoga and most other channels talk in terms I don’t understand and I have to balance doing the yoga and watching the video for instruction. With you I can close my eyes and focus on the yoga because I’m confident in what you’re telling me to do! Thank you so much
I just LOVE these videos. I recently discovered this channel and it feels like I have finally found the work outs that work best for my body... they're the perfect combination of being challenging yet comfortable. Thank you so much 💗
I started loving pilates because of you...and the way you talk throughout thr workout and explain everything is really amazing ... love ya! ❤️
Thank you so much!
I have come back to this routine time and again. Its very good if you only hv 20 minutes. Thanks, Jessica!
Thank you so much for doing another scoliosis workout, Jessica . I've been doing your other one from 2015 every since it came out. My bone density improved. Thank you.
You are so welcome!
Thank you Jessica. Your exercises are really lovely . I know it will help my issue which is there for nearly one year.. pls keep posting clips.

Thank you! I have had scoliosis since childhood. I went to a new massage therapist and she encouraged physical therapy. Cost is an issue for me right now, so I say thank you very much for these videos. I have subscribed.
Ive been following you for years now. - love you thanks for this amazing exercises
this is a LIFESAVER! I have had two surgeries for scoliosis and still am in the same amount of pain as I was before my first surgery. I'm going to try to do this often and report back soon.
New daily staple. It feels soooo good🧡
All of your videos are a blessing 🙏🏾
Thanks Jessica - I don't have scoliosis, but I get back pain on one side from sitting at times, and this was a nice stretchy routine that offered some relief.
Just come across this I am almost 70 and have had scoliosis since I was 11. The best thing that I have had because I also have neuropathy but the pool is so good. I go 3 days a week for about 8 years. It is the only way I can get exercise
Thank you so much for this video - I recently learned I have Moderate Scoliosis and will have my first official Physio session in August this year. Your exercises look really good and easy. I wont be able to do some of them due to being a big (meaning weight) girl. but I should be able to do most of them. I love how you regularly remind us that we can just take our time with it and not feel like we have to rush through each one. A good slow approach is awesome for people just starting out in Physiotherapy.
Thank you for your knowledge!
Thanks for sharing it and thank you for the way you teach us how to exercise and have a healthy lifestyle!
God bless you!
❤
This helps me sleep well at night. It's so relaxing and good that I literally yawned in the middle of the spine stretch. I just felt a relief from the tightness in my bac. Ii will definitely do this every night ♥️
I did this for the first time and I'm exhausted already hope fully if I do this a few more time it won't be so tiring.
Thank you! I'm 12 years old and I've had scoliosis my whole life. This really helps my back!
Going to try these , as i have Dance studio and a student with thoracic scoliosis. She is strong and flexible in her legs, but its preventing her from increasing her leg hight and back flexibility
