    Absolutely loving your classes with clear and informed exercises.
    I have turned to your site for help with knee pain and lower back and found the exercises very effective. I am constantly recommending you to friends.
    Loved the total body for over 50’s.
    I am a fit over 65 who had a hip replacement 9 years ago. That does cause limitations but I adapt accordingly. Thanks.

    Thanks! for a doable routine and guidance for a piraformis problem. I'll keep you posted. Months ago I worked successfully with your program on what I think of as runner's knees. I use the CEP Compression Knee Sleeve, which serves me well doing a 1 to 2 hour walk run. I've been practicing chi running for some years and it seems to work well. 79 yo man, like to run, cycle, and swim (not during pandemic for the swim). Keeping weight below150 lbs at about 69" tall. Enjoying the climate in Arizona, Phoenix area. Be well!

    Thanks! I don’t have any dining room chairs but I’m looking at seeing what I can grab from this that I can do at the cash til or in the pharmacy dispensary after I have been standing for a while. I also could consider trying some of these against my bedroom dresser.
