I've been doing some of your beginners pilates videos for a few weeks now - 2 or 3 times a week if I've been able to fit them in - and I'm amazed at the difference in my simple strength. I normally get lower back pain and suffer at work but it's minimal - already - and at the weekend I built a climbing frame for my son - I was stood up, bending over for 8 - 9 hours both Saturday and Sunday and normally I'd have back problems for a few days - I have literally no issues. I'm convinced it must be because of the 'simple' exercises I'm doing. Amazing. Can't believe I put off doing something like this because I didn't want to do yoga.
Following an auto accident, doing PT, Massage, and Chiropractic, it has not been enough. Only a few days of following your exercises has really helped my pain levels. Looking forward to many more workouts with you!
Good Morning, I'm a maybe 2-3 months newbie to your channel and I started with the bed stretch because of being out of shape due to surgeries. Your videos have helped me more than physical therapy had. Love this one!... although I do have a problem standing on my tiptoes. My goal is to be able to do that again. Thank you for all that you do to help keep us moving!!
I don’t actually know if you’re a mom, but I feel you like a mom figure! The safest place in pilates I know 🤍 so kind and welcoming. Thanks for your content!
I really want to express my gratitude here because your workouts are really helping me with my endometriosis and low blood pressure. They keep me moving and help relieve chronic pain, thank you so much 🙏💛
I really enjoyed this! I have been having a lot of issues with my leg and knee - tightness, swelling and reduced mobility. I found your channel and have done this one and the runners stretch for my hips. Both felt really good ❤
I'm so happy I found you!!! Pilates is fairly new to me (3 months), but oh what a help it has been for my back. I had been going to a YMCA gym for Pilates classes, but now I'm out of town and I was thinking I would miss pilates. Then I discovered you here, yay! I love the workouts you do and I'm feeling such a benefit to them. So far I've done some you post for scoliosis and for pelvic floor. Thank you Jessica--you're a great teacher. Both you and Pilates are my best discovery ever :)
Found you 8 weeks ago love your workouts i seeing results already thanks you so much for doing this is the best thing I have found oh and by the way I’m from New Zealand have a great week hun 💜😍
I have balance issues due to broken ankle and age. I must say that was tough. Both the dumbells and the stretches. Harder than your balance workout. TY
Is there any Pilates exercises that is safe for osteoporosis to help strengthen the spine? I know with osteoporosis we have to avoid flexion of the spine but I want to work out my back muscles to help my spine

Hi. Do you think this is ok 10 1/2 weeks post hysterectomy and floor repairs?
Check with your doctor but typically restrictions are lifted at 10 weeks and it would be ok in that case!
Would this be good for easing back intobexercising after a hysterectomy? Let's say 4 to 6 weeks post op.
As long as it fits into your restrictions from your doctor then yes!

Great teacher and a nice routine. I can’t believe an exercise video had mid ads enabled! Sorry, it's put me off watching any more.
My thighs would like to issue a complaint as to how hard that was but the rest of me feels pretty good! TIL I have the worst balance...
