      🖤🤘🤘🤘🤘🖤 keep carry on ;) I always say that music is the best healer, but combined with beautiful boho yoga (my top 1 unchangable for years) and trying to kerp healthy and balanced life style became my hobby :)
      Partying replaced with coaching programs and workshops, regular festivals switched to non-alcoholic, self-growth, spiritual festivals, time waisted in the bars used now for listenings live webinars and podcasts, meditations, etc...
      totally new life :) i love it! ❤❤❤❤

    I am a former yoga instructor who turned bikini bodybuilder for the last 3 years I found myself burned out on lifting weights, this is the first yoga session I have done it years. Brought tears to my eyes. Thank you.

    All I can really say is that I aspire to acquire the immense amount of strength that you have. You're a complete inspiration. I'm a yoga teacher, and I still cannot keep up with your power sessions. I end up getting frustrated, but I'm learning to just embrace my place and understand that everyone has different capabilities. Do you think you could incorporate more beginner strength videos to help build up vigor?

      Ohhhh be kind to yourself! You're doing great! Just keep at it! It takes a couple years to build up to her strength (she's been a gymnast since she was little), I still struggle with certain moves) but I don't struggle to get through a tough session anymore. It's still tough, but not leg wiggly impossible. You'll get there!

    I was having a very bad stomach ache and my digestion was not from the last few days but after doing this yoga session my stomach ache was completely gone. Yoga does wonders.

    Lovely! Used a yoga block to protect my wrists and palms in the side planks. Doesn’t remove the intensity, just the strain.

    Very fun challenging flow. Had to take breaks to catch my breath and all the modifications but still felt challenged! These kind of flows will definitely make you stronger.

    For the new year i want to start again a yoga practice along with pilates. I go to the Gym but i think nothing is like yoga. At the end i always feel more connected to the present.
