    FYI, from Coober: no oil at all [on the air box lid foam] only compressed air. Oil is going to dissolve the glue. Keep it dry and we recommend compressed air clean every 15,000km off-road and 20,000 for road usage.

    Just took my 2022 KTM 390 Adventure to a off road place called Durhamtown Georgia. Oh my Gosh, what a difference the ecu and decat makes. I also put hyperpro suspension on her too. Its like night and day, so fast and agile. Sounds like its supposed to also. It is so much fun to ride. I recommend this to anyone who has a ktm 390 adventure, it will change your off road experience to the next level.

    Excellent 👌🏻👌🏻 can’t wait to hear the results. I noticed the coolant level on the 390 was super low. I’ve experienced a big drop in coolant on a long hot day (yes we do get hot days occasionally in the UK) so just be careful 👍🏻

    Thanks for this :-) look forward to the review. I de-catted mine then put them back on due to loss of low down grunt (plenty more up top though). I didn’t have the Coober though, so if yours shows bit improvement, I’ll definitely invest in one 👍

      I just removed the resonator, a good Exhaust, air filter, remap and you'll be more than fine!

    Another great install video.. I don't know if you have Murphy's law over there ..but in the States It's something that plagues me quite often...🤣 But you're installed gives me hope.. if the day ever comes that I change something.. And by the way.. I finally picked up a 2022 390 adventure gray & black ..About 3 weeks ago.. Here in Georgia🇺🇲..🤗 I haven't been on a bike in over 2 years so I'm taking it slow on getting the feel for the new bike.. So far it rides real nice👍 I think my 1st modification will be a top case & rack To make carrying stuff more convenient.. Happy riding🤗

    It looks the the TPSt sensor rubber boot is facing upwards when you cable tied it in.
    My thoughts is that it may fill up or hold water or moisture and could cause a problem in the future.

      It's because it's probably a learning ecu , you need to let it learn the bike for 10mins after installation. Revving it would just ruin everything until you reset the ECU again.

    What was the weight diff between the two pipes? Are you worried about water ingress with the airbox lid mod.

    Hi could you please tell us what is the gain ? I would like to install akrapovic + decat coober + air filter + oil filter + full exhaust + coober ecu or powertronic. Does it give to the bike more power and the bike is more nervous ? Does it change really the bike? Thanks a lot

    Nice job. Think maybe better with tank off too. But guess too much messing about. Am not sure what this kit would do to the KTM warranty also the MOT we have in UK. But as new bikes that's not till 3 years old. Can't wait for video of what it's like. 😏🙂

    Just purchased the ECU De-Cat kit for my 2022 390 adventure. Thanks for the class on how to install it. You guys are awesome and I really enjoy your videos!!!!! Do you know of a way to put a stronger throttle spring on the throttle? Mine is too easy and its hard to maintain engine RPM from sitting to standing and going through trails. Thanks.

      You get NOTHING out of that kit other than your money out of your pocket.
      The kit is made in EU and so it's restricted to the stupid EUR5 regulations!

This awesome MVDBR team practices what they teach by showing us the before and after info. I really enjoy the videos! I recommend HyperPro Springs front and back, wow what a difference in the handling and load capacity.

    Does anyone know what the advantages are and or disadvantages of the 2 coober ecu's. One has more connectors and I saw open loop vs closed loop but I'm not sure what the tells me. I just bought a 2021 duke 390 with same motor and will probably do the same but will keep the presilencer. Hopefully my neighbors don't want to choke me 😄
    Love that Tenere too btw, such a great motor.
    -10c here in Canada right now but just 1 to 2 months to go.

      If you're leaving the stock resonator in the swing arm you won't need anything extra. How's that for a speedy reply 🤙

      @Corey The purpose of the EURO regulations is to reduce the emissions and the noise and these sick rules are not recognized outside of the EU.
      Add also that the bike is LAMS "restricted" in Australia so any modification you make and you get in trouble with bogan police plus you can't sell the bike unless you revert it back to the original state.
      Read Coober's disclaimer before making any foul decision.

    I appreciate the effort in making this video BUT the entire kit comes from the EU which means that: "The ECU was developed to operate in EUR5 conditions".
    It's a whole load of BS and wasted money firstly because the EUR is NOT recognized in Australia, US, UK and other countries and secondly the EUR5's conception is to "restrict" the engine performances!
    Don't waste money and time on this stuff coming from the EU!
