    Thankyou for this video. Been religious working out for 4-5days a week since the past 2 months and my periods this time were a blessing. I switched to a menstrual cup 6months back and could also mention it be a saviour for my pcos heavy bleeding.

      I wish I could wear cups but I cannot get them inside me x.x I tried to do one and it wouldn't stay folded so I could insert, not to mention my vagina wouldn't let it in lol.

      @@maitriwomanhealth Sir kindly suggest me which college to opt for and also sequence of selection for MBBS college among 1)VMMC, 2)LHMC, 3)UCMS, 4)AIIMS Rishikesh, 5)KGMC, already kept MAMC at top. Criteria of choice a) Ease of gettingPG and b)we stay on Delhi NCR. The student is interested to go to Europe/USA but seniors telling don't decide at this point of time and that people are now preferring India PG over USMLE.

    I am 14 yrs old and i am facing pcod.. I had gone to many doctors but their treatment didn't worked..then i had gone to one of mine gynecologist, he told me to not to take any medicines just do exercises and do skipping 100times morning and evening..i started that soon i thought i should join zumba/ aerobics classes..i joined them too...and now i am recovering slowly slowly...hope so i will be recovered soon❣️🙂

I'd really like to suggest you talking about female masturbation and how it's important how to orgasm and help women know these processes as sex is just entitled for sexual pleasure of men and pregnancy for women a professional doctor opening a conversation about these topic would make a lot of impact on the millennial women who are watching and so far visiting you as well.     The message is absolutely correct that exercise definitely does help reverse pcos. However, as usual with every Indian doctor this video too dismisses the role of weight training. Weight training has proved to be extremely beneficial to help regulate female hormones. And also helps improving your basal metabolic rate. Helps your joints and your health in general.

      @@RedRoseSeptember22 resistance training with weights for both lower and upper body.. Especially compound movements like squat, deadlifts, presses, even bodyweight exercises like push ups.. Incorporating these along with cardiovascular workouts is very effective

    Mam make a video on how to conceive naturally with pcod. When ur periods are regular but I ma not sure whether I ovulated that month or not due to pcod. So if u can suggest natural ways to olvilate every month. And not just Ovulation testing kits.

    Mam all talk about PCOS /PCOD .. but hardly anyone talks or educates about the phase women g through when the periods stop...
    With severe bleeding to pain in legs and hands .. to mood swings that phase which is so much troublesome
    And also fibroids .
    Could you please educate on all this as well
