Just getting back to work out and i loved doing this. Super hard for me but feels good to be able to do it better and better each time. Well done and thank you! I think I would personally enjoy it more or find it easier if you could talk to us a little bit during the exercise about details that we might not know in terms of breathing or while we are doing each exercise for example if we should keeping our stomach or back in a certain position or putting pressure in certain parts so the exercise is more effective. Just an idea that might help more people starting.

I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

This felt really good!! I didn’t feel like cardio at all but now I sweat so much! Really great when you want to exercise without being being out of breathe (not that I wasn’t of course but it’s not as much as when you do cardio)

Good work out - challenging! One suggestion is to break up working on only similar sets of muscle at a time, to allow for muscle recovery and better form while doing the moves. For instance, the first part involves a lot of the big leg muscles and glutes.It'd be fantastic to interweave some arm muscles between the sets of squats and lunges. I do like the variation in timing (50 second on 10 second off, 40 second on, 10 second off, etc.), which makes for a more interesting work out. Thank you Anna!
Loved this workout! Challenging--by the end, I could hold a side plank, but lift the leg too? No way, my muscles were not having it :) That's ok, I just went down on one knee. I feel good, maybe one day I can do the leg lift at the end! I'm 60, but that won't stop me from trying!
