      Don't go straight to HIIT workouts,take your time with perfecting yoga,push ups,squats, planks and build at least a Little strength throughout your body before attempting these

    Thank you Heather! My heart rate reached 170 bps in this one for a good while- a very good workout. My cat loves watching your workouts with me and gets really excited when Sophie makes an appearance. I've tried other workouts but none comes close to yours.
