    I think this is what I've been suffering from my entire life. I've been diagnosed with bipolar depression and I never agreed to it. But even if this is true I'll never reach out for help ever again.

      I have all 3 of the stages. It seems to be getting worse, I cannot find any help of attention anywhere. If my parents give me a hard time and start yelling, I get irritated and walk out if they continue when im outside i get very aggressive towards them. I lost all interest in cleaning, working, and now i lost the interest in calling up my close friends. It started with no good moods, then proceeded to not caring in no one or anything, next it went to getting mad or dwelling over anything.

      Before this all happened i was happy, working out, greeting everyone and getting compliments from everyone at work. I was even looking forward to a new real career and a car to move on with my life. After a year of fights in the family yelling, complaints from my parents even when i do my best. Then went next to my boss giving me the talk when i went to go ask him a question. After many negative things like that happening and losing hope for a car of a career to move out. I just quitted and said
      "screw this hard work its not paying off, even after a year its not working".

      Here is the program against depression : take your anti depressant meds, exercise daily for 40 minutes, take sunlight and vitamin d for 30 minutes daily, take omega 3 supplements ( you make take other supplements), eat healthy foods that help depression and avoid unhealthy ones that cause it. You will see first results in a month, but you have to endure more months to fully recover from it

    People who do not have it won't believe that these conditions exist. They merely will dismiss it as an attention seeking behavior and may even misinterpret it to be a made up condition by a person to justify their quick irritability.

      Exactly thats what im feeling, i also get stomach issues such as constipation. Heart flutter aswell and this wierd pain all over the body almost like a knawing pain all over my skin, it feels like emotional pain but all over my body and i cant really distinguish it from actual pain. Also i never truly feel hungry or thirsty but when i eat or drink its never saitiated fully either.

      I can’t get help, I don’t trust people with my personal problems I need to fix. It makes me bottle up my emotions and then one day it’s pops! It’s happened before and no one gets me or can relate and people in my life feel fake and make me have a bad mood all the time

    Im been suffering from Major Depressive disorder since my late teens, even now i still have it & its not getting better, nothing makes me or never been normal state for several years. Ive tried meds that hardly work & talked to counselor but it didn't help me. I felt hopeless like there's nothing left to do.

      here is the program to fight depression most therapist wont tell you: exercise daily for 40 minutes, get sunlight and vitamin d for 30 minutes, get omega 3 supplements ( you might take other supplements), eat healthy foods that help with depression and avoid unhealthy ones that cause it. It will take a month to feel its first effects and more months to be fully recovered from it, even then you have to use this program constantly or depression will return. I have had depression since 10 years old and I am 30 now. I am using this program for a month now and i am seeing its first effects, i feel lighter in the head, i am more sociable and enjoy conversations more than before. I really hope this helps you

      welp theres something called mixed anxiety depressive disorder, intially only diagnosed with gad, but got the mixed diagnosis after 2 months of my intial diagnosis

      Same, I‘m genuinely scared to sit face to face with them and tell them that I think that I’m depressed. There is this guilt inside of me, that I’m not allowed to feel that way, because I had a good childhood. I also feel like I’m maybe be faking it and that I’m just over exaggerating.
      But rn I’m actually building up the confidence to tell them and wait for the right moment.
      Sorry for whatever I just did at the beginning at the comment, what I want to say with this is, that if I’m able to build up the confidence, I’m sure you are too.
      My friend told me to just take my time and I think you should too. Take your time, build up the confidence you need and just come clean with them.
      I know it’s easier said than done( especially because I still need to do that too:/ ), but I believe that we can do it !

      I dont feel Joy in nothing else anymore .. at this point i Lost my job i wasant able to do it properly,i would keep losing focus and my memory just not working the same ..at this point i dont live the house dont shower and have suicídle thougts..Im afraid of taking medications and going too see a doctor , i feel life is just overwelming..i use to love life 2 years ago .., but to BE fair i used LSD and Soo Im not even sure if i have depression or something worst 😞. .i cant function properly..Im a total mess .. feel guilty , worthless,hopless ..and its permanente ..all the time ..cant make any decision 😓
      I belive i Will never get better and if i Will ill BE traumatized by this ..its soo anti nature to a human to not want to live anymore..its Soo scary ,beliving you cant coope with life and that your a wheigt for others around you ...and seing ppl BE happy and you just cant feel like that ..ppl living their lifes ..and Im not able to tive the house 😞 ,and take care of my self .

    Well, depression isn't sadness, it's not an emotion at all, it is actually a state of mind, because I personally have had depression, but I could still feel joy, though sadness is a feeling that I deeply struggle to feel, even over the death of a loved one, I know that by experience. What depression really is is a severe sense of hopelessness, and that is one of the most common states of mind I ever feel. Great video otherwise. :)

      @@EmmaDeFazio5938 Please stay safe, if the thoughts are frequent it could be well to see a psychiatrist, if you only have them on occasion maybe like once a month or somthing and its just a thought how you doing it or what would happen id say you are fine. But if you have thoguhts of actually going through with it id get some help.
      Also please stay around, im sure world is better with you in it.

    I think I have all of this symptoms...I know I am depressed.. have some idea why its happening. But can't fixed it..I cant talked to other people about this..don't know what to do. Everyone saying most teens suffer from this. I am 25. Going through this more then 1 year now..is it weird..

      I wasn’t diagnosed until I was around you’re age but only because I never told anyone the most important thing is to check you health insurance and see if you can get mental health services starting a check up with a psychologist and therapist, it will be slow at first but it is necessary if you want to curb the worst effects of depression trust me and push trough. You can do it!

      Most teens don't have this, the guy in this video actually made a mistake, one can have a depressive episode without having MDD, and when we look at the depresion numbers its not MDD but all kinds of depression even one off episodes due to a stressor. MDD is rarer but i cant remember the exact figure.

    I know my channel doesn't look like it, but I've just been very tired and sad lately. I'm in good shape (fairly skinny) and people call me pretty constantly so that's why I doubt it's depression... people think I'm perfect. The only one of them that comforts me though is my best friend. They're the only one I can be cheerful around.

      @@6x886 at times they seem to ignore me entirely and leave me on read. I only like hanging out with them in person and even then they normally just go on their phone or we leave to go get someone else in the neighborhood to talk to so I can just be in the corner ignored.

      You go to psychietrist to try meds and to psychologist for talk theraphy. Works best together.

      CBT, mindfulness, exercise, counselling/therapy, meds n life changes are typically things which help you deal with depression.

      @@qwq2170 Of course i have reached out for help..but i was misdiagnosed,nobody told me that i have complex post traumatic stress disorder.. beyond this i have clinical depression and depersonalisation.I take medicines but they do not work for me cause as i have been told by a psychiatrist i am resistant to antidepressants.I am getting worse day by day,i have visited 4 psychiatrists ,it is really unbearable

    اكثر من سنتين وانا نفس الشعور
    شعور الحزن يروح ويرجع فيني اول سنه طبيعي ومنسجمه للحياه والحمد لله صح الشعور يروح ويرجع وعادي اقول لنفسي طبيعي ..لاكن ثاني سنه حسيتها غريبه جدا نقصت وزن كثير وشعور تانيب الضمير اقوم من النوم افكر ان الروتين رح يتكرر واكره نفسي زياده يعني كل يوم شعور الحزن والضيقه صار ماعندي ردة فعل للحياه بلا شغف مثل جسد بلا روح كذا شعور الفراغ ونسيان والتركيز صفر ❗️يعني ماكنت كذا ما ادري بس استسلمت لذا الشعور وكل مره اقول طبيعي ..ولو افكر اقول الى اهلي رح يضحكون ويقولون دراما لاكن والله اني كرهت نفسي .. وللمعلومه جداتي وابوي كلهم فيهم اكتئاب

    Don’t be afraid to see a doctor. There are some very effective medications on the market that can help this crippling disease. I didn’t know what clinical depression was. I was working lots of hours and my job was stressing me out. I didn’t realize what I was physically doing to myself. No job was worth that!

      @@PHEROMONE-wz9bz What works for one person may not be right for another. I was very fortunate that the anti-depressant Effexor worked for me. Your doctor may start you on a medication that works well for most people. It may involve tweaking the medication/dosage until it works best for you.

    Jesus loves anyone seeing that and can heal you if you ask and talk to him and ask Him for joy and to deliver your from depression and help you fight through it im not just someone sayin this I’ve dealt with depression and God can help you and heal you

      @@thesaddestdude3575 Don't you think its even more low of the drug companies capitalizing on people? I'm starting to believe the whole DSM is a joke. When I went in to the doctor they asked me some questions about my life over the phone and boom I walked out with a prescription within 5 minutes. It was that easy I think all mental illness can be cured naturally and most people who get diagnosed don't even have an illness.

    I need to go get checked about a year ago i didnt think i was enough for my self i felt like i wanted to kill my self
    Because i felt i didnt belong here i took 5 codine pills too kill my self and drank but my cousin saved me and maid me throw them up.
    Him and me have talked alot but if i tell my parents they wont belive me it kinda sucks smh

    I have been depressed since early childhood, definitely have something wrong, went to see a Doctor.... Doctor said I was fine because I arrived early, was smartly dressed and my toe and finger polish matched 😂🤣😂 ffs

      I’m only depressed because my Mom yells at me for the smallest things,or too must drama/Social things happen in my life. My friends and I have been going off and on,changes happing in my life to fast and to where I think life is too short because months don’t feel as long anymore. I also fine no meaning in life and have no goals nor dreams for my future,it’s like I think all the time “You get born,live your bad teenage life,think that’s funny when your older,then die” I just think that,and it makes me unhappy to not want to have a motivation in life. I also stay up late to avoid seeing my family or people. I’m an introvert if you couldn’t already tell,and I’m depressed. life couldn’t be any better! Can it?

      @@miss_vortexkitten2081 Been 4 months but I feel u. I often feel depressed because I believe i'm a bad person. My family always jokes about how i'm selfish but I really take it to heart. I am selfish and I know I am but I don't know what to do because Its hard to change. I really hate the way I am and I distanced my self from my friends because I thought they deserved someone better than me and I was only holding them back. Currently friendless and spent most of my days regretting choices I made. I thought a few times "would anyone really care if I were gone." And i'm sure if I were there would be no impact at all on the world, and that makes me sad. Its a selfish thought to believe everyone should care about my death but I wish they cared. Well, anyways time to keep going in life and masking my pain with comedy. Better to laugh and be sad then just be sad.

All your sins (and the bad choices you made) forgiven, the slate wiped clean that Old arrest warrant canceled (the judgement against you) and nailed to the cross. He stripped all the spiritual tyrants (everyone who called you bad names) in the universe of their sham authority at the cross and marched them naked through the streets( he disgraced all those who wanted to shame) and He chose you.       Are you on medi-care or low income? Not sure if you’re in the United States. But it’s available definitely. Or low income community centers offer counseling. Depending where you’re from do a Google search to see any local available centers. Hang in there

      I have watched 12 different videos about depression and they have all said the same thing Express your “pain” and “suffering” when telling people about your life makes you insecure and bad it just sometimes makes you more depressed
