Why not just do regular deadlifts? What’s the benefit of these?
These movements are good for GPP and complexes. You can chain all the exercises together in a row without having to change equipment.
I love it brother but youre doing the meadows rows completely wrong. Look up a tutorial by john meadows. He really emphasises being stable by putting your forearm on the knee and really bracing. Youre keeping it floating and youre in a very unstable position with your front leg not as forward as it should be.
