BIG Frank Rich is back at the Critical Bench Compound to show you 3 landmine shoulder exercises for building rounder, stronger shoulders. What makes these 3 shoulder exercises so great is that they hit all 3 heads of the shoulders, the posterior, medial and anterior deltoids for complete shoulder development.
Setting up a barbell landmine can be done by wedging the barbell into a corner area or by using the barbell anchor at the base of a power rack. Be sure it's secure and safe before attempting the exercises.
If you're a beginner, be sure to use light weight and do these movements correctly. It doesn't take much weight to feel these exercises and hit those delts hard.
The 3 landmine shoulder exercises for rounder, stronger shoulders are:
1. Kneeling 1-Arm Shoulder Press
2. Lateral Raise
3. Rear Delt Upright Row

A good solution for wall damage is to out your barbell in an old shoe pointing towards the toe end.

short videos are always best...especialy if they target one muscle group like the Tri-set of the shoulder. Most videos will l Iose me if longer then 10 plus minutes. I can pause this and go to my living room and find my error if needed and work on the specific spot. I am 64 and need to rebuild my mass. I have been following Keto since Feb of 2020 and dropped from 203 to about 135. I have no idea how to do a TH-cam video but do Instagram videos of quotes quite often.@@Criticalbench

Add a tennis ball with a hole at the end of the bar. It saves the wall. :)
