you put water in the starch already but why did you put another water into the pant and pour the starch into the pant.... why aren’t you put all the water in the same bowl???

1比九是重量比,一比五或者六是體積比

粉和水 1:6 做出来最好。如果喜欢口感硬一点或者需要更快定型,1:5也很好。

盼盼,可能土豆粉冷却后很硬,因为我们广东点心用土豆粉做虾饺冻了之后硬成块,或者比例不一样才会。但绿豆粉是可以的。
