Great video! What is bolt size for the mechatronics? I was wondering if you need to fill it from the same hole after you drain it? I really wish to fill the transmission from the filter housing from above; much easier. When you tried that did you remove the drain plug? I believe if you do then the oil should fill in rapidly.
Sir mechatronics is responsible for the gear shifting , bolt is a multi spline type , also known as triple square , filling with a tiny tube will make it more difficult as the fluid has its own viscosity

Sir dsg oil grades are not mentioned , they are just hydraulic fluids which has some lubrication properties as well . So the fluid you saw in video is one option you can use , or the OEM fluid .

Dq200 dry clutch unit has separate oil circuits for mechatronics and gear oil .Vw says mechatronics is sealed for life and no oil change is reqired but i think how can anything be sealed for unlimited kms or years without getting degraded. What is your review on this?

brother which timing belt is best for my volkswagen vento ............ optibelt or contitech or vw original belt. someone was suggesting me that optibelt is much better then vw genuine belt because vw orignal belts price is 988 rs. and optibelt's price is 1850 rs. which will you suggest bro.??????????????
Sir price is not the factor , VW gets its belts manufactured by continental ( or contitech) And the average duration which continental belts lasts is about 120k kms , and have good reviews . So i would advice you to go with continental as they are tested on those specific engines , I can't say anything about optibelt , price not always determine the quality , sometimes manufacturing quantity also plays a big role . And if you are in for a change i will advise to change the whole timing kit , which has 1 ideler pully , tentioner pulley , bolts and the belt . So that you will be worry free as those components are designed to have a similar lifespan , just in case if anything like tentioner goes bad afterward you have to pay same amount of labour again .

Sir depends , mechatronics has to do nothing with clutch , if the gearbox has a mechatronics drain then we have to drain it , but in some iteration of dsg boxes , there is no drain for mechatronics
Sir its supposed to be changed at 60k kms and quantity is dependent on which gearbox you have , like its a dq500 capacity is 5 ltrs , you have to check the gearbox you have against your chassis no. To confirm
Sir just type obdeleven on google and go to their official website , you can buy it from there , just keep in mind the Covid situation , so deliveries may get affected .
