  • I’ve got a lesson for you today that has benefited me greatly, and so I hope it’s equally enjoyable and effective for you!
    Let’s face it, 2020 has been a rough year with lots of anxiety and uncertainty. This undoubtedly increases tension for most people in their upper body. Today’s movement lesson will give you several different movement variations to integrate the arms, shoulders, thoracic spine, and neck. Some positions in this lesson may be challenging. You can modify them with a pillow under your chest or by decreasing the angles of your arms.
