    Today I learn something new and it is overwhelming experience for me because I was a classical dancer but after some time I left dancing and today I learn ballet in some extend and I feel same when I started dancing as a child. Thank you so much for inspiring me and everyday taught me something new…..

    I wanted to thank you for this video! I've been laying in bed most of the time because of mental stuff so I got really weak. This workout was perfect for me! Challenging but actually fun to do, I felt beautiful and it wasn't too fast, just perfect! Also that's very cool how you included a little warm-up in cool down. And your energy is amazing! I loved it and think I could actually work out everyday with you! I wish you a beautiful day dear ♥

    I love the grace and strength ballet dancers have.
    I used to mindlessly (unsupervised) lift weights to look good…but now I am little older I appreciate this type of exercise.
    It seems with ballet, the gains in strength and graceful movement lasts longer and this may translate very well to singing (posture, expression, etc) which I am learning to do now.
    I admit, I probably joked about ballet in my ignorance as a kid, but this looks like a gift from God.

    I lost 30+kg in recent years. Yes, the weight loss has brought me health, but unfortunately also health issues. I lost tons of muscle mass along with fat, and my spine has grown weaker as a result. My doctor suggested a high protein diet, with pilates/light-weight training. So glad to have found your channel! I've always found traditional pilates boring and repetitive. LOVE your take on it! Fun but also efficient. I can feel my muscles tightening and my strength improving each week. Thank you thank you!!!

    I am training to be a professional ballerina, so usually I do very intense workouts daily. However, I’ve been extremely sick today, but still wanted to keep moving! I’m about to do this, thanks!!

    I 'm a new subscriber and also a disabled person with a foot medical condition. I was hurting but did take several breaks. However, I managed to finish till the end. This is how I see it, if you are in pain by not doing nothing might as well do something and still have pain. Movement is the key! Thanks for posting these videos every muscle was felt 👍💯🙂🔥🔥

    Thank you so much for this! I’m a pole dancer with an injured lower back (it’s actually my hip flexor) and I really wanted to find something that could help recondition and strengthen my body so I can start dancing again.
