I wish I had this relationship with food. Another creator made videos on why petit women need to eat very little and it's messed me up ever since. I used to strugglw with a restrictive eating disorder so I'm genuinely jealous you get to be this free. Don't stop posting this sort of content, it balances it out all the other harmful ones.
Fellow petite here and I think I know who you are talking about.
Everyone needs to go with what works for them but I literally lost my period when I ate in and around similar to the calories that creator suggested bc I was underweight and my metabolism was screwed up. I reverse dieted, gained weight back (which was hard to deal with) but now my period is back, and now intuitively eat. Cannot recommend this enough particularly for hormone health. I’m a healthy weight, finally have some muscle and I’m not scared of foods in the way I used to be. Wish you well and take care.
Finally someone being realistic and truly healthy (Eat better NOT less!) Love it, thanks you. ❤

Wow I so appreciate your transparency about the frequency of your workouts. I think it should be normalised that there will be time that adding in a workout is just too much when we have a crazy day etc and like you said a walk in the sunshine can be exactly what our bodies need. Also I think we have times where we need to prioritise getting loads of sleep i.e a sleep in if we can manage it. That’s what makes our skin glow and our bodies feel amazing. Not pushing ourselves to a point of burn out.
i use you as my BIGGEST inspiration! i'm actually a lot like you in the sense that the gym and high intensity workouts make me tired the rest of the day, but pilates makes me feel my best and energized. thank you so much for just being on the internet. im looking forward to your summer pilates challenge!! 🤭🤭
I relate to what you've said at the beginning of the video SOO MUCH. My "workout " routine is so inconsistent too, but I always feel ashamed because I see all these girls having a strict plan, doing longer workouts almost everyday ... and I just can't, it gives me anxiety and I already struggle a lot.
For me is "i move my body when I feel like it", otherwise it does not last.
Also...I only enjoy movement like pilates or gentle yoga .. while everyone else seems to love weight training..
So..thank you so much!!! ❤ Hearing those words made me realise that I'm not the only one and maybe I shouldn't feel bad about that. ❤❤

The recipes are super healthy, and these vids feel very honest. Of course, you don't show everything about your life, but you're not trying to put on a façade. That's the impression I get. It seems like you eat way more than the average fit person and I truly appreciate it. It drives me crazy when I see women training 4/5 times a week and eating like birds and not reaching even 1600 kcal. Good for you girl
Three meals a day and some snacks is pretty average though
