I recently discovered a method for making the pancakes more fluffy! It's by making some form of buttermilk that reacts with baking soda. Just simply take your plant milk and add a tablespoon of some kind of acid (for me it's mostly lemon juice) and wait 10 mins before assembling with other ingredients :) Bon appetit!
for fluffy pancakes adding and extra egg white an surprisingly water will make a world of a difference, also cooking them with the pan lid on helps them rise!

For your pancakes, try seperating the eggs from the batter you put in the blender. Whisk the eggs whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Quite like those souffle pancakes. absolutly love this video- for the chocolate pancakes for brunch, to make them fluffier you could separate the eggs and whip the egg whites to stiff peaks and then fold them in to the rest of the batter, should make them super tall and fluffy

For the pancakes: add some sparkling water and/ or separate the egg yolk from the egg white an whisk that white until it gets like foam. Combine it than back in slowly. Thats what my grandma always did. Greetings from germany
I had an egg white and cottage cheese scramble the other week for the first time. I added chicken salt to it and it was actually really good!! I even had the leftovers cold the next day and they were good too ❤

Try add "shiro dashi" in your cold soba or poke! It's basically a dashi stock with some flavor (shoyu, soma sweetness etc) and it just gives SO much umami and flavor feels so much more complete :) (Add that with some water since normally it's concentrated, read the instruction on the bottle✌)
to activate the baking soda, you could try adding some drops of lemon juice. it should make the pancakes more fluffy :) great vid, we enjoy the same type of food (savory, chili, saucy) so its always good to see how you play around with ingredients

Alia! Add some Greek yogurt and Xantham gum to the protein pancakes this helps mine come out fluffy and I don't add oats to it because the Greek yogurt has a tons of protein. For a sweet taste & tooth add semi sweet chocolate chips. This pairs deliciously. I make these when I'm too lazy to make myself dinner and with 3 I'm really full.
for the pancakes, you can switch out the oat milk (or whatever you put) with either some buttermilk or watered down yogurt and add 1 teaspoon of baking powder. they'll turn out super fluffy :)
