I discovered your channel through your wieiad's, which have motivated me to learn how to incorporate more versatile foods into my lifestyle--I aim to fit a lot of good nutrients however I tend to stick to a lot of the same foods. Then upon discovering you also posted pilates workouts, I was ecstatic. I've been doing pilates on and off for close to a year now, but part of my resolution is to make it a regular habit, to workout consistently throughout and whatnot. As an 18 year old in their final year of highschool, soon to be entering into university, your videos are very inspiring. On a rather offhand note, you are gorgeous, I love the fact you are comfortable in your own skin without makeup, your skin is glowing!!! You look so much like a young Jami Gertz

Hi Lidia, not sure if you’re going to see this comment but here goes: how do you keep so slim?😅 you’re literally my ideal body type, and although I’m by no means overweight, I just want to be a bit thinner. Do you do Pilates every single day and for how long? Do you walk 10.000 steps every day? Is there anything else that you do? Do you fast? Just asking as I am really trying to eat healthy and walk as much as possible per day and do Pilates, but it’s really difficult when you have a full time desk WFH job, + your partners likes “heavier” food than you. I used to be able to lose weight relatively easily, but due to current life circumstances I am really struggling now.

Hi, Lidia, thanks for all you do. I was hoping to see a video of an evening yoga/pilates session for post dinner. I did some last night (waited 2 hours or so after eating), but I could tell I was moving much slower, less rigorous pace than my morning routines. Any ideas for a good evening workout (+/- 8-9pm)?

So you do workout 2 times a day or more? And then do you also walk over 10.000 steps everyday and say you don't, and say you just sit at you desk all day?
hey! i don’t walk 10k steps a day, sometimes i don’t have time or just don’t feel like it! the story i posted that day was an ad (which i always write on the photo when it is) and because they need to get approved, it didn’t happen on that day. So this day i filmed the video i just did a 10min yoga stretch in the evening and no steps🤍 i just want to clarify that i don’t have a schedule for any of my movement, the majority of weeks i actually only manage to do 1 workout because im very busy. Please always do what works for YOU

hey! if you like working out in the evening i would suggest doing a stretching routine or a gentle pilates workout, so it’s more relaxing 🤍
