I think, it can be very dangerous to believe that we can achieve certain body shapes without restrictions.. It can lead to ED. I am absolutely a fan of intuitive eating. It' s the best way to feel our best, and enjoy life, and get a healthy relationship with food and our body. I follow Lidia, because her vlog is so inspirational, and cozy. Just amazing. But.... If your goal is to be very skinny... You need to be very precise and have professionalism to achieve it in a clever, healthy way. This is the reality. (models are genetically skinny, but they need rules) I am also a skinny body type. Not extreme skinny, but I can lose weight quiet easily. I have the goal to have a body, like Victoria's Secret models. I tried to get it with intuitive eating and workouts. It did not work. I asked a professional nutritionist, and started to count calories, and macros. That is not undereating, just awareness. There are rules. And rules did not kill me, and I don' starve myself. :) So I am in calorie-deficit (a little deficit) I enjoy meals, but sometimes I say "no" myself for my goals. My body is changing, my abs start to be visible, and my weight goes lower very nicely, not too fast. But before I did this, seeing a lot of (extreme skinnny) body checks in intuitive eating vlogs, I really started to believe, that is something wrong with my body, because I can not achieve my goal with intuitive eating. That was much more unhealthy and dangerous, as the rules which I follow now for my goal....So if you have fitness goals, if you would like to be very skinny, trust the professional nutritionists, and trainers. They can help you to do this journey in a healthy, realistic way. ❤ If you know, this is just your look, not the whole of you, you can be patient with your body, and you will not do extreme restrictions. ❤
Some things I felt she said (without saying) that are super cool: - Setting a time to go to sleep and wake up as a schedule is really important and good for regulating a healthy body - Not every day has to be a high-intensity workout day. Just taking your dog for a morning walk is a great way to introduce exercise into your life. - You shouldn’t feel guilty about eating. Food is fuel, but that doesn’t meant it shouldn’t be enjoyable to eat :) Notice she didn’t eat “all greens”, proteins are important as well as healthy fats as she said. - Prepare a shopping list before going shopping. If you go with minimal planning, you’re more susceptible to buying foods that you crave, but aren’t necessarily the healthiest of choices. - Snacking is okay! (something my bulimic self is still struggling to understand) - LOOK GOOD, FEEL GOOD. Clean house? Self-care? Working out? All great ways to feel good in your life.

I want to stay fit and lean but I am scared of eating... Counting macros all the time... When I see your videos of what you eat in a day, I am always thinking "Can't eat that because it's high in fat etc"... I have forgotten how to eat intuitively😢 Orthoroxia 😢

it always depends! some days i’ll have lunch at 12 and others are 2pm, just depends what i’m doing that day! i’ll just eat when im hungry not really at a certain time 🤍

your body needs fuel throughout the day! i’ve always grown up eating 3 meals and 2 snacks and that’s what works for me

it varies but ill probs work out 2x a week for 20-30min
