Really happy to see that bazookas are finally good after the recent patch. The only thing I would suggest is switching out the laser rifle with the Kurasawa.
@samnunnink7575 you could but it significantly impact the behavior of the AC and its speed, things you should've dodged before suddenly you can't. But I guess that doesn't mean you can't make a heavy version, maybe it'll work.
You said you use the Javelin Alpha to fill up the stagger bar to the maximum, that's not quite the right thing to do. Cause Javelin Alpha has a perk- exceptionally increased damage on an already staggered enemy so you might wanna save its round for later and fill up the stagger with 3 other weapons, at least that's what the game advices you to do, and that's what I did playing Sulla's build.
Just because it has a high direct hit modifier doesn't mean you should only use it as a direct hit damage dealer. It also has amazing impact output and is an excellent option to guarantee a stagger. You're also forgetting the LRA laser rifle, which, depending on the defenses of the enemy, does about the same damage as the javelin on a direct hit. In fact, on the tester AC, they do almost the EXACT SAME damage on a direct hit. On the tester AC, the javelin does 2850 on a direct hit while the LRA does 2874.
I barely remember this jerk, at a point he felt like a mandatory speed bump for the real boss, but is neat to have him with a better gear. Wanted to ask: have considered changes for some of your previous builds since the patch?
Probably the only build I would go back and change now in a major way would Raven's Nightfall other than some very minor tweaks here and there like fcs changes. Maybe switch out the songbirds on Michigan's build for the earshot depending on how much it slowed him down but probably not.

I played with Sulla's AC in a casual pvp with my brother and it worked really well. Glad to see the upgrade. Keep up the good work!

He was harder than the boss itself so no, Balteus was not the real boss.
