10-Minute Hardest Core and Cardio Dance Workout

- Join DanceBody trainer Brooke Ivory for a 10-minute core workout, joined by Alexa Wendt and Graciela D'Amato. In this routine, get ready to work on a series of standing crunches and side-to-side isolations that target the obliques, and learn some party moves along the way. This high-energy, nonstop routine includes cardio and challenges your coordination. Be sure to tighten your abs during those high kicks to engage your core the whole time. This routine moves fast, but you'll pick up more every time you press replay. You’ll finish the workout with some sexy salsa steps with twists to target your obliques. This session proves you don't need to take it to the mat for your hardest workout yet!
